Course Curriculum Overview
The timing of exam is frequent but is not that bad. Only the gap between two consecutive exam is not as excepeted it would be good if there is more gap between two exams . it will be better if the time period for each courses little bit increse. And left all good .
Internships Opportunities
There is very few intership opportunities in our college most of the internship is by our own money the college doesn't provide many internship opportunities to students. I hope the internship opportunites get higher
Placement Experience
Placement is not that good in our college only two or three companies approach for placement like tata, Ibm etc The campus placement start eligibility only for the final year students,, and the package offered i kind of average. I planned to join tata company
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fees- 10000 Hostel fees - 24000 (12 months) Scholarship of 24000 for Sc category only Batchmate aslo follows same fees structure No tution fees or any other extra fees 1 scholarship can be applied only at a time
Campus Life
Campus is good but our hostels especially boys hostel is not good it's too old and the situation of our toilets is also not that good.. i request to our faculty to repair the hostels or make new hostels. The environment for playing sports is good and there are many clubs like hobby, etc
Hostel Facilities
Hostels facilities is quite good the food we get or the water we get is good .. but the hostels are very old .. so i request to make new hostel or renovate the old hostel. The registration process for hostel is very simple.
Admission
I chose the college because I think after iit and nit this is the best college among northeast and also the fees of the college is pretty low as compared to other colleges. and yeah I joined the college because of my financial background also.
Faculty
The Case department faculty is ok, bt the mechanical department faculty is good but still there is not enough faculty members. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:5. Need more faculty members
Night Life
The nightlife of campus is pretty good but only inside the campus outside area is not that top of the line. There are gym, indoor badminton court, football ground etc. the timing for campus in is till 9 pm. Inside college there are few parks if you have your partner you can hangout with them.
