Self experience with one year

There is many curriculum activities is going in our programme for improving us and build a self confidence . After one year completion the training programme is conducting for student for development a self confidence and making the students advance in technology and they hire the teaching staffs for this special training course and they are guiding us and talking session in college for 15 days.

Name of company is Runwal group which is located in mumbai.But I get this opportunity with my efforts. I have chosen the specialization as a Human Resources so get many knowledge during the 2 months internship. I have learn the HRIS software and people strong software for attendance regularisation. And I have Learnt performance management , Master file updation,HR audit, payroll process.

After one year completion of MBA programme when the 3rd semester is over then after the placement activity and drive are going on . Many companies are visiting they all having the certain criteria for particular position they are offering.200 companies are coming for drive . The highest package is 12 lakh and 60% students are getting placement I would say. I want a good job in reputed company for my career.

Per semester 83000 fees will be their and total 4 semester exam will be having in 2 years programme in one year 2 semester will be their and academic fees is for one year 166000. And hostel fees for one year is one lakh three thousand rupees per year and deposit money is 5500 which will be refund to you at the time of leaving hostel.But 5000 will be only claim and 500 rupees they will charge as a maintenance charges.

Uyaam fest is one the famous and big fest for parul University.many big starts are coming for live performance and fashion show is going on like international fashion show, national fashion show and many other festival are going on academically. Central library and all for MBA and other programming they are having their one library also . Central library is common for every one. Any one can go and read the books . All the teaching staffs are teaching with PPT with the help of projector board .

They are very strict but security arrangements are good and hostel is safe specially for girls. The attendance are going taking daily and maintain the records of students. Without gate pass you cannot go with any where . You need to take permission with your parents and rectors then and then only you can go outside the campus. meal quality is good and specially the sunday you like the meals . Before you are coming to college you need to book a hostel.

Admission process is so long but not to worry for it their are many cordinator who will provide you and guide you for the further process.The admission programs are going on very friendly manner and easily for understanding.

Mentors are supporting but at the end all are treating like a small kid of first standard they are not giving any respect or talking with respectful manner. During the exams the mentor are very strict you cannot copy or talk with any one at the time of paper is going on. so in paper management is good. They are talking very serious during exams times and in strict manner.

Different GD question and interview are scheduled it's totally depends on company to company. College is conducting a entrance exams no criteria for the admission. I prepared with my self. Yes I have faced the group discussion and interview in college at the time of summer internship program. Beacuse everyone need to do the internship for 45 days it is compulsory for everyone to do the summer internship program.and some marks are having for this programme.
