My experience in my college

The college life is great as there is no extra burden of studies. And the extracurricular activities make it more enjoyable.

The structure of the course is very relevant and related to the subjects. Labs are conducted every day in batches so as to reduce the pressure and workload of a particular student. Sessionals are conducted every month in order to check our knowledge and studies.

The placement in this college is good. Every year companies visit our college to choose some students for the company. Companies like WIPRO, TCS, ICICI, etc.

There are many events that are conducted by the college. Like the annual day, sports day, guest lectures, presentations, workshops, etc. The students take part in these activities and show their talents. There are many motivational sessions that are conducted by the college to motivate the students towards their goals and achievements.

The fee structure of the course B.Sc(IT) is 21000 per semester and 42000 per year. The students who can't afford to pay this much amount all at once can also opt for an installment fee structure that can be paid in 3 months of duration. This helps the parents of the student financially.

No, I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan. My parents can afford the fee and even if there are some financial issues, the installment fee structure comes in handy.

The campus life is very enjoyable and peaceful as there is no ragging. The gender ratio is almost equal. There are many extracurricular activities conducted in our college. Sports, annual day is held every year. These are very great. The competition level is very high as the students are very talented.

The seniors are very helpful and friendly. They also guide and motivate us towards our goals. They also share their experiences with us.

Himalayan Institute of technology is nearby my home. I visited the college, asked my queries and chose my desired course. The counselors in the college are great. They helped me in choosing my career. The new admissions take place every year from August to September.

The faculties are very knowledgeable. They are very helpful and passionate about our studies. They help us with every problem during our assignments and projects. Every subject teacher is very great and knowledgeable in its subject and explains every topic with a relevant example.
