Think about HIT, Dehradun

It's been a really good experience here and I am looking forward to more good experiences. I can proudly say that yes I am a part of HIT.

The classes here are conducted on a regular basis and also I am Persuing a technical course so labs are conducted every day to increase knowledge of students and make them aware of new technologies. The best thing is sessional are conducted every month which helps a student not to take pressure in the externals.

As I am a student of 2nd year I don't know much about the placement but because I have talked to my seniors they told me that various placement sessions were conducted and many students got through the interview resulting in placement in good companies such as Wipro and TCS.

There is a long list of events conducted here but my favorite is-Annual day, Sports week which includes outdoor as well as indoor sports, Cricket and football matches are also conducted, Mehndi competition and many more, Food fest, Dj party. Also, many guest lectures are conducted to make students aware of the new technologies. Motivational sessions are also conducted to make students mentally strong.

1st-year fees are divided into two semesters. The first sem starts from July to December. We can deposit the fees in installments as well as whole whichever suits the parents the installment is further divided into three parts. The second sem starts from January to June the fees depositing structure is the same. Yearly-42000+exam fee(1600)+100 Rs for files.

No, I haven't opted for any kind of scholarship or loan and also here installment facility is available so we don't need any type of loan to deposit the fees and it is pocket-friendly too.

Campus life is just too amazing here 'Say no to ragging' is one of the principles on which the students believe. Also, the gender ratio is nearly equal. Also, the labs and libraries are fully equipped and the classrooms are properly ventilated. The environment at the second campus is so relieved as it is surrounded by mountains and the weather is also pleasant which helps a student to concentrate even more. Sports and cultural events took place very often.

The seniors here are very helpful and they guide us in a positive way. They also tell us about the scope of our course.

I got the admission here through my brother's reference and also I have read the article in the newspaper. I was influenced by my brother as he told me how life is here and he also told me about the extra sessions conducted here which are helpful in the overall development of a student.

The faculties here are very passionate about their profession. The course is completed through assignments as well as tutorials. They take problems of students very seriously and provide solutions very quickly also they are very helpful in both personal and as well as in studies.
