Course Curriculum Overview

4

I wanted always to cure people. Also, I come from rural areas where there are very less doctors. So I want to change this situation and bring health facilities to my area. My college stands ranked 3 in Mumbai,it gave us experience and a practical approach, and last year we has an internship where we could improve

Internships Opportunities

4

We do our intership in our last year. In an intership hospital, we work and we have a salary of around 15,000 exact amount I don't know yet. We treat patients. Which help us in overall development regarding our skills. We also goo in other colleges for duty or some projects.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am currently in first year mbbs in Tnmc Mumbai. Yearly fee for St students for first year was 7800 rs There are scholarship provide by Government which we students need to fill a form and then the verification is done . If we don't fill scholarship form we need to pay whole Fee which is around 1,50,000 rs which is open fee Some students which comes in open category has scholarship. But students in caste don't have any scholarship as the government pays are fee.

Campus Life

We have various clubs in our college including dancing, singing, educational, arts and drawing, crafts, . We also have games event, aaramb , sharavan sari , Ganesh chaturthi, dandiya celebration. We have a library with AC facility where students can study. Also 24 hours reading room is available.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Girls hostel is in the campus at nurses buliding. It is very close from college building only 2-3 min walking distance. Yearly fee is around 4000 . We share 1 room with 3 girls . Drinking water filter available. Again warm water 24/7 available. Lift faculties. Our in time is 12 in night. Very peaceful atmosphere with sunlight

Admission

My college rank 3 in Mumbai government college. Other 2 starting college I didn't get because cut off was high. Also TNMC is only college which provides hostel for first year starting this year. The hostel facility is very good . Also the teaching faculty is good and there is good communication

Faculty

4

So in first year we are batch of 150 students and we have 3 subject mainly anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry. All departments has plenty of teachers and sub teacher which accompanied us in practical hall . In practical lab we are divided in group of 25 and has 1 teacher for teaching. All teachers are helpful and constantly push us for studying. Anatomy faculty is best ,it teaches it syllabus fast and understanding way and gives us time for studying also paper checking of anatomy faculty is nice . Biochemistry faculty is little strict about studies also the paper pattern of biochemistry is little hard . There are total 4 ex in first year 2 term exam 1 prelims which has whole syllabus 1 University main exam for passing
