Likes
- For academics it would be best for every students.
- Very calm environment for studies and clean laboratories too.
- Faculty is supportive for studies & other matter as well.
Dislikes
- Canteen facilities are not good. And Campus is shared with 4 another schools so can not say college campus.
- Less activity for entertainment. Even if there is activity it would be about skills and academic related.majorly annual day program and sport day program conducted which is found entertaining by students.
- Industrial visits are not given regularly. Only once in your course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is perfect for the course. It contains all the basics to detailed knowledge about pharmacy. Which will help to apply it in job & research both. Teaching methods should contain real videos or photos of topics (which include any process). And the timing of exams is totally agreeable.
Internships Opportunities
After completing 3rd year students have to start internship with their studies. I don't know much about if college provide it or not. But they held different different programs and seminar for after graduation process.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am from OBC category and I got admission through ACPC. So I have to pay 77000? every year.If it about semester vise than 38500? per sem.Some of my friends are from st/sc category so they mostly don't have to pay any fees because their scholarships. As from OBC category we get about 15000 of scholarship. The course fee have been raised now for upcoming admissions.
Campus Life
The events are mostly related to academics and skills . They are mainly about the incoming days like environment day,Aids Day etc. They can be quiz competition, elocution competition,ppt presentation and many others as well.Sports day held in January- February. There many books in library some are in perfect quantities but some important are only few. Should be changed by new books. There are projectors in every class For sport 1.5 hour is provided per week to every student. And there is sport complex too with many indoor games as well outside games and their equipment too . But campus is shared with school so it's quite limited for college students including space.
Admission
I tried to get admission in other government colleges as well but I didn't get admission in it. So I was admitted in this college because it was well-reputed and near to my home. This college is preferable over others because of its great academic success and decent environment than other colleges. College Admissions: I got admission through ACPC. And eligibility was the 12th pass with the Science stream. And GUJCET is a must.
Faculty
The faculty is all around good for studies. They provide notes also which are actually very helpful. But sometimes it feels like only book knowledge is provided other external knowledge- connecting to lifestyle should be provided too. There are mainly 3 types of exam are conducted. Class test 1, Mid 1(Internal exam), Class test 2, Mid 2 (IE), Remind (If you didn't score enough in previous mods), External exam (GTU). Mostly everyone passes the exams but some student about 10 or more among 107 fails.
