The courses in Chemical Engineering consits of Mass transfer, Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics, FFO, Heat transfer, Material Balance etc. which will help you in chemical industries as well. There are overall 8 semesters in 4 years and you will learn a new thing every semester. The semester is of 4-5 months each and then the final exams are conducted follows with a mid-semester.

There are many internship oppurtinites available in our college. In course curriculum there is a 15 day summer internship program in 7th semester and a 84 days internship program in 8th semester. In 8th semester only you have to do is internship only and from that your guide will give you marks and it will count in your final results.

There is a placement cell in our college. I can assure you that if you are a hard working student then you can easily be able to be placed through the college campus. Students are eligible from 8 sem for sitting in the placement cell for job interviews. Compaines like Adani, Nirma, Reliance etc offers a approx package of 300000 to 600000 per annum. Overall the package and placement offered by the college campus is pretty well. around 70% to 75% of the students gets placement if they are hardworking.

So it is a government college govern by Gujarat technolical university (GTU). The tution fees is around 1500/- per year and additional amount of 500-600 you have to pay as other charges. Bascially it cost you around 2000-3000 as a fees per year to the university. If you have a domicile or caste certificate of gujarat tha you can avail for scholarship for OBC and SC & ST caste. Approx amount for OBC categories students are 20000-25000 per year by different options.

You can't expect any techanical festivals or other things. There are only certain festivals that are being organised. There is a sport day events also but the probability of organising it is very low. so don't expect much more from this college. but the infrastructure is quite decent.

First of all the chemical departement of this college has a NBA certificate with it which has a great advantage in chossing this college over other college. As this is a government college so the admission process is conducted by ACPC committee for admission. from your 12th board examination and GUJCET marks your rank is being created. Through your rank you will be alloted a college and if you are not satify from your previous assigned college you can opt for next round in ACPC round out of 3 to 4 rounds.

As in Chemical departement of Engineering, all I can say that that this departement is much better than others departement in the college. All the faculty are ready to help you. Exam are conducted two times in one semester. First one is Mid semester examination which is taken after 2-3 months after a semester session begins. and the final examination is conducte as term end final examination by Gujarat Technological University (GTU). The papers are quite moderate that one induvidual can pass it easily.
