Course Curriculum Overview

This course computer science and engineering is the most crowded in the instituition. Competition are very tough when it comes to placements.this course has the largest fees structure in the instituitions

I cse student for my course those who have or maintain 7.5 or above cgpa at the end of 5 semester can attend all campus placements. As of now there low no of companies are coming for placements. Average nowadays

Fees and Financial Aid

I joined karunya in 2023 and i took btech computer science engineering . Fees structure was 1,49,000 for course per semester ,for hostel and food 40000 for semester. For yearly fees paid is 360000. There are admission fee (10000),exam fees based on subjects.there will other expenses like buying or printing record for each semester lab. There scholarship for christians (10000) for first semester, merit students (above 80% in 12 th exams) 40000 for first year of the course and it continues if maintain cgpa 8 or above.hostel food is good.there will daily morning assembly which will be a headache for student. This instituition is very strict on discipline and attendence like you wont able write internals or semester without 80% of attendence. In hostel there will be study hours 8.30 to 10.30 in weekdays and 9.30 to 10.30 in weekends.ragging is strictly offence in this instituition. The placements will be average and you should have 7.5 cgpa to attend placements training.

Campus Life

There will nothing conducted like cultural,fest. Thre will be a annual day like mega play which will boring because of christinity followed there. No cinema songs and dances will be there. It will boring college life

Hostel Facilities

This residential instution so you must take hostel if you are other district. They will pg and rented room from outside unless your address ration card is from coimbatore. This is worst thing because of rules in the hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 320000 per year

Admission

This college doesnt take any donation like things .every one with low cutoff will look this college for cse course which is highly demanded in other college and but for this fees this college is overated

There are 60 students in a class. One faculty for all students and faculties are experienced and working for karunya above 10 years.most of the faculty are studied and got degree from this instituition itself

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Karunya University - Review (From a current Student)

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

The proximity of the college to my state and the ease of travel was way simplified for me. College is very safe and secure especially for girls.
