Likes
- I like the infrastructure more than anything else it is built with a proper plan.
- Campus life is very good but when coming to quality of social interactions it depends on the you how you can talk and make friends campus won't give you any time or support for this
- Course curriculum for personal and professional is well maintained like as you have gym and many other games to maintain physical activities.
Dislikes
- Faculty expertise is very poor, you can choose your own faculty members but they don't know how to teach properly real life skills
- The syllabus is not exactly outdated but they are some subjects which are waste of time.
- Placement support and career advancement supported by campus is not good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum doesn't prepare you to real life skills it should be learnt by you by your own. The teaching methods should be improved by more practical and real life ones. The exams are not much difficult people will mug up the ans and write it.
Placement Experience
As i am still first year i don't know mych about placements but there will be 5000 people competiting with us. If you get more CGPA you can get more placement offers if you want high packages you should be top 100.
Fees and Financial Aid
For computer 4 year degree program the semester fees is 1,40,000, so per academic year its 2,80,000. There is scholarship. For me it was 10% as i got 957 marks in inter. If you got more than 960 you will get 20%. This varies from branch to branch like for ece you get 50%.We should pay 50,000 fees in starting. In that 15,000 is registration fees and 35,000 will be added in Sem - 1. You should pay books fees like that like in every other university. My batch mates fees is also same as mine. If you apply for merit cum need you won't get scholarship based on the inter marks.
Campus Life
There are two fests in one year. One is samyak which held in october and second one is still unknown to me. You can get the books you want in the library as it has biggest library in south India. The class infrastructure is very good. There are many clubs like dancing, music and coding etc. Here we have student portals like ERP.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel life for me is very useful. I have a single rooom. The fees per academic year including mess is 1,40,000. The meal quality is just okay not good there is no biriyani and no non veg except chicken. I took room in campus and you can even take outside.
Admission
I applied for other colleges like CBIT, IITH, IIITH and eamcet if both ap and ts, vit but didn't scored good rank to get into there. Thete is no admission process or exam in klu and no required criteria.
Faculty
Faculty members teaches good but not as good they will take more time in other studd rather than coding. There are some subjects like Design Inovation and thinking which are not even required for all. And for main peroid that is CTSD i.e, coding the faculty who are coming to us poor. You can ask doubts in the classroom. The teacher and student ratio is 1:80
