- Campus is vast ,Got the best people of my life my friends from different sections who are supportive
- The main thing I like about this college is it is private university and has its own syllabus which is quite easy to crack
- Many events happen in college various clubs are present enjoyment and social platform is present in college
Dislikes
- Teachers don't teach good, many exams are there like two mid sems then end sem practicals assignment internal externals .
- Management of college is worst they keep changing timetable in every three days in the beginning of semester. They keep many hours of gap unnecessarily in time table
- No proper guidance towards placements or what to do in future. Everything is in our hand we can't rely on anyone to guide us .
Course Curriculum Overview
Since I'm in second year from my experience they don't have any focus on relevancy of course in first year but suddenly from second year you get unfamiliar subjects and nobody tell you why you study them whether they'll help you in placements or not just you have to study and pass this is the mentality of most of teachers
Placement Experience
Placement in college is quite ok ok like companies do come and offer jobs in our college. Average package is also ok ok in our college but if you have skills you can get high packages also . University provides interaction with companies but it's on us to do everything to get high paying job
Fees and Financial Aid
When I got admission in BTech cse the fee was 90000 /year but after 3 months they increased the fees to 110000 .The college takes 5000 as caution money which is taken at time of admission and is refundable at the time of pass out. If you are taking admission in 2024 there is great discount going for girls they get scholarship upto 50,000 guaranteed and the ews students also getting discount.student who have scored more than 80% also getting discount at time of admission. SC/ST /OBC students gets scholarship from college and also from MP government upto 28000. Student can opt from the reservation scholarship of college or government. Board toppers get scholarship at time of admission. Student who have scored more that 90% in 12th also get scholarship at time of admission
Campus Life
Overall experience is decent as vaishnav is not strict college you can come and leave anytime you want . 75% attendance is mandatory but medical certificate is saviour. College proveds many cultural technical fests too .we have annual spandan a techno cultural fest . Raas rang a garba program in navratri. This year ganpati bappa is also coming. We have workshops too, hackathons , literary fests and many more events. We have dance club Natraj, Music club Riyaz, acting clun Rangpeeth, Social work club prayatna, photography club Amogh, literary club Manas and many others too.
Admission
I took this college bcz it had less fee than other colleges in 2023 but suddenly they increased fees now it's equivalent to any other private college of Indore But the pro of studying in Indore is this city is best I have ever been , Safest, transportation easy, cleanliness on top, IT hub, weather is best
Faculty
I'm in second year and got mixed type of faculty some are good in teaching some just come to pass time. Faculty is strict in terms of unnecessary assignments but lenient in terms of skill improvement (irony). Faculty actually have attitude in vaishnav,they think they are very nice but they are just wasting our time in class instead if 75%attendance wasn't compulsory nobody should go to college
