One Amazing College, if you're genuinely interested in engineering

I have never felt any negative thing till date, the management is very approachable. The infrastructure is quite small compared to other colleges but what I believe is that quality of education beats all the drawbacks.

The curriculum is based on the affiliated university VTU, the internals and externals are conducted based on VTU norms. The subjects are taught from basics so that one creates a strong base in engineering concepts. The college offers beyond the book learning by organizing tech fests and also helps you to participate in various national and international level competitions such as hackathons, paper presentations and many more. I believe these activities boost one's knowledge and confidence which makes us better professionals.

There are very frequent placement drives happening and most of my seniors had got placed in companies of their choice from various fields ranging from IT to core companies.

Annual cultural Sanchala is held for 1 week during even semesters where you can exhibit your talents in various activities ranging from singing, dancing, playing instruments and many more events which is completely mesmerizing. Annual sports meet is held where you can showcase your sports talent . Tech Vidya the annual Tech fest is held every year during even semesters in which there are many competitions such as paper presentations, Codewars, and many tech-related events.

Fees for CET based students are Rs.56000 + Rs 30000, which includes examination fees, uniform fees and covers all expenses. The college bus fees are around Rs 20000 for pick up and drop from the Bangalore city limits. For ComedK the fees are around Rs 1,00,0000 and management fees are around RS 1,20,000.

I haven't opted for scholarship but there are many scholarships provided the govt of Karnataka. Education loan is provided by all leading banks.

There is an IEEE Chapter that organizes workshops and many events. The NSS wing is very active and organizes many events from Swachchh Barath to pulse polio campaigns. There is also an NCC wing also. There is a man sports team for many games such as cricket, football, handball, volleyball and many more games. There's a sports room where you can go and play during leisure. Labs and library are well equipped with the latest range of types of equipment and books.

Alumni meet is organized regularly where the seniors guide us on how to approach challenges. The senior students are very friendly and cooperative and help us in many ways.

I secured a seat in ECE Branch based on my KCET ranking, the admissions usually start by June. The admission process is quite simple you need to get the basic documents such as your 10th, 12th results, etc. The college usually starts in the month of July-August.

One amazing college for students who want to learn and explore. The management is very dedicated and supportive, with a diverse curriculum that helps in the all round development of a student and helps one turn to be a budding Engineer. The department of Electronics and Communication which is comprised of many stalwarts like Prof Y Jayashima one of the trustees, who have decades of experience and also have authored many engineering textbooks. Dr. Narayan K Dean (R&D) and HOD, Ph.D. from IISc encourages us to think out of the box and supports us in many research activities. Prof Vikramathithan incharge HOD handles difficult subjects such as Field Theory, Signals, and DSP so well we find it very simple and interesting to grasp. With such amazing professors like them and many more Senior lecturers' who handle subjects with ease and give us full detailed knowledge about the subjects and are very approachable at any point in time. There are various workshops held frequently where we are exposed to various challenges and training sessions. The labs are completely equipped with all the resources.
