Likes

Infrastructure: really good , modern building design with centralised air conditioning all throughout and multiple elevators and common rooms for students to relax and centralized library
Academic: academics here are really good , with highly professional and educated faculty who have years of teaching experience
High patient load: both the OPD and IPD have really good patient load

Dislikes

Lack of sports infrastructure: there is no ground or space for sports activity as the college is in middle of the city. Although one is underconstruction
Distance between college and hostel: hostels are located at a distance of 10 kms although bus services are available
Lack of proper mess for students is still a problem specially boys has to face

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well designed to prepare you for the real world senarios where you are gonna face a lot of clinical challenges. There are clinical postings second year onwards in various departements to get you oriented with them all and provide an early clinical exposure.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition Fee for Gen/ews = 49700 ( 1st year including 10,000 rs of caution fee) and for rest of the course 40000 per year Tuition fee for SC/ST/OBC = 40,700 ( 1st year including 10,000 rs of caution fee) and for rest of the course 31000 per year

Campus Life

An annual Fest called ESPERANZA is held every year which include both the litreal , sports and other events held for a whole month in the month of September and October. Mini stadium is booked for the sports part every weekend

Hostel Facilities

Hostles are located at a distance of 10 kms from the college and every one is provided with the free bus services , the mess is not bad at girls hostle but its subpar at boys hostle mostly people opting for tiffin services

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

Admissions are through NEET exam, held annually and a good AIR of 3000-4000 will get u admission in the college easily for Gen category. This college ranks 2nd in the state of Uttar pradesh after KGMU, lucknow

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is good although in medical colleges you don't get to interact with them a lot most interactions are limited to JRs and SRs( junior and senior resident) There 4 exams Mid term Terminals Pre professional Professional to test your knowledge throughly

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mbbs is a course which teaches you more than any teacher, it will teach you how to face insults, rejection, it will teach you to stand for hours and still not feel tired. Exams frequency are on right time and they are easy to hard not too easy not too hard they are moderate if you study the textbook or have a descent knowledge you can write the exam well.

My experience of private college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The profession I'm in is medical. The toughest of all. As from the starting I wished to be a doctor. The one who is second to a God. The one who is respected the most. The one who does the most prestigious job. As per the curriculum we have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years plus we have to attend the clinical posting in hospital , which exposes us to real world. The posting time is the time given to students from second year till year last. Improvement can be done in passing the exam part which is 50% in each subject. It can be 40 % marks. Currently I've given my MBBS second year which was hectic because of the vast syllabus. We have total of 5.5 year course for an undergraduate degree. Out of which 4.5 years is about studies rest one year is internship in hospital. We have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years. The mbbs course is very lengthy. Each and every subject is very vast. So we have to study maximum time. So all the very best those who aspire to be a great doctor

Life in ims bhu

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a very well reputed professional course which provide a wide scope of opportunity to live life by saving someone life. Faculty number is more than enough for students. The ratio is around 1:10 which is very good. All faculty members are MD and DM qualified from well renowned medical colleges like AIIMS Delhi. They teach via ppt. Which help a lot The term exams were very difficult and passing them was even more difficult. In one exam out of 100 student only 13 passed.

College is good in terms of education but infrastructure is not as good as other medical college. As it one of the oldest three medical of india and not maintained by the government at time. So you dont expect a ac campus

DR RMLIMS Lucknow College Review

So admission to this college (and in general any other medical college and course) is through NEET. After clearing the exam you are allotted an ALL INDIA RANK, which provides you eligibility to sit in counseling and select a college. Mine AIR was 4011 which is a very decent one to get admission to top medical College of countries. Since I didn't wanted to leave the state so I applied for counseling of the state. KGMC is the top medical college of the state. Earlier GSVM kanpur used to be the second choice for candidates,but from when this college came into existence (in 2017) it soon left GSVM behind and became the second priority of candidates. This small time growth of college fascinated me to keep this college asy second choice. Also the academics of this college is very popular for good reasons. I applied for two colleges KGMU Lucknow and Dr. RMLIMS Lucknow. I choose this college over other college because of its location, academics, good patient load, clean and green environment. Yes, i got rejected from KGMU Lucknow because of my low rank in NEET exam. A student have to get a NEET rank under 5k for general category to get in my college. Admission is done via NEET exam.
