Woxsen has the best mentors

The faculties were the ones who guided me & their experience helped me stand on my feet, today I am working in an FMCG company and it's all because of WOXSEN who provided me great faculty & good exposure.

The pedagogy followed is case study based. We were given case studies and need to present it in front of our batch mates and faculty members. The duration of my course was one year as I did a PGPXP course from Woxsen and during this one year, there was a lot to learn.

Yes, the college really helps in getting the internship. The placement cell is also very supportive and organizes recruitment drives regularly. Top recruiters from different industries like BFSI, FMCG, IT, etc come to hire professionals.

All the events organized at Woxsen are internal events. They have their own events organized in the colleges. We have events like Trailblazer, DJ nights and lot many more events. We enjoy and learn a lot from those technical events. Lately, we even had a football competition.

The fees for one year PGPXP course was around seventeen lacs. This didn't include hostel & accommodation charges. The charges for hostel were around three lacs which included accommodation and food. The rooms were air-conditioned, spacious and twin sharing.

The scholarship depends upon your academic records, you can avail scholarship up to eighty percent I guess, in which tuition fee is waived off. You need to pay for accommodation.

The gender ratio in PGPXP was 80:20 male-female respectively. The campus is huge and life at Woxsen was fun. Late night lectures poolside parties and hostel life is what one should experience in their lives. The campus had all amenities and I didn't have any issue. It included a golf course, swimming pool & lot more.

Woxsen organizes ALUMNI meet. I could meet my seniors and know their experiences and whereabouts, overall it was a good experience.

I got admission in this college through GMAT. I had given the test two years back when I joined this college, as the GMAT score is valid for two years. Based upon my score I was called for personal interview, presentations & other formalities. Overall getting into Woxsen was not that tough.

Woxsen is literally known for best faculty members. No doubt the faculty members were the best. They were experienced and IIM pass out. Under their guidance, I got to learn new things based on their experiences. Prof. Vikas Mehta, Prof. Soumyadip Chakraborty, and a few other faculty members were the best.
