Opportunities after bds

Bds is a very widespread along with the tooth we got to study it's serious complications if not treated . And specially I got the opportunity to interact and treat wide variety of patient so it can be helpful for me in my career ahead Yes I really believe along with dentistry it also teaches the real world aplliactiobs Areas of improvement is there , specially awaring the people of village and rural area about oral hygiene and its effect on health There is 5 years of duration for bds course 4 years academics and 1 year rotatory internship I think Difficulty level is moderate

There is compulsory 1 year rotatory internship after 4 years of academics in which we have to deal with every patient In this period we got the opportunity treat patients and interact with them We can do root canal treatment Complete denture treatment Scaling and teeth whitening treatment Gingivectomy treatment and etc etc I can join clinic or can opt for job in companies related to dentistry Yes I can get alot of career opportunities after that

I pay 130000 rupees per year There is total fees of 260000 for open category candidate in which all tution fees development fees and other fees are also included igot scholarship from Maharashtra government as I have EWS certificate economically weaker section certificate so my half fees is paid by government of maharastra Fees can vary category wise and u can see it on official website of college is mitmidsr latur Yes there is gradual increase in fees per yr upto 10 percent U can get Rajarshi shahu scholarship Panljabrao deshmukh hostel scheme My collegues pay 260000 per year

Yeah besides study , I got the chance to interact with new people which becomes best friends for life I have group of 4 buddies which are irreplaceable My college conducts camp in nearby villages and schools to survey and check oral hygiene of children and elders main moto is to give them knowlege about importance of oral hygiene There are lots of events organized in my college such as guc Ganesh utsav celebrations culturals and sports there are committed organized by superiors Commitees are students committed antiragging comittee Gs is also there who is ajinkya deshmukh who handle everything

Compared to other college mitmidsr is good enough Be it regarding the patient flow faculty experince be in advancement also At first patient flow is good and variety of patients come here for the treatment College campus is just awesome Good friends and seniors are there which are very supportive For taking admission in bds college you have to appear for NEET examination and should qualify Just go for the cap round conducted by maharastra government and all india quota If you have enough marks u can get in admission in bds course

There is ratio of 10;1 students to teacher Teachers teach very enthusiastic to teach and clear doubt of students There are 4 examination per yr 2 internals 1 preliminary examination and finally the most important university exam 90 percent students pass the exam and who failed have to give exam in summer batch ie odd batch I like each and every faculty of my college they teach us very well and clear doubts I don't dislike any faculty My most favourite staff Is Dr sangle mam from oral pathology department
