- You have to maintain minimum 75% attendance
- Calcutta University did not provide actual 6 months duration for preparation.
- Internal examination came after 2 months after each semester exam. And this is very pathetic for us
Course Curriculum Overview
My mother influenced me to take Mathematics from my childhood. She teaches me me math from basic addition to algebra. So a strong attraction for mathematics came from my childhood. In current situation, the syllabus is very important for further higher studies. But the dismerit is that one can get only 4 to 5 months for completing the semester syllabus. Which ruin our better preparation.
Internships Opportunities
College provide many intership opportunities for students. Basic computer skills to advanced skills are trained by professionals. Office assistant, Web development, Designer, Mass communication and many more intership provided by our college.

Campus Life
Sarswati Puja, Eid Dawat, Social, Fresher, Independence day, Republic Day, Teachers day, Student Week and many other events organised by authority. A vast Collection of books and journals provided by library. Syllabus related books is available. And one can also suggest for some books or journal and this will came within a week. Indoor and Outdoor sports also organised by college. Kong jump, high jump, Marathon, 100m , 200m, 400m 800m running competition, Relay race etc. Students also do social works and protest against many unlawful activities.
Admission
I applied many colleges like Midnapore College, Jadavpur University, Presidency University, Mahestala College, Behala College, Scottish Church College, St. Paul's Cathedral College, St. Xavier College etc. Somewhere the cutoff marks is very high and somewhere the faculty members are not as good as our college. I was advised by many Mathematics professors from renowned colleges that I should take addmission in this college.
Faculty
There's are 5 teachers for 30 students . So the Faculty - to - student ratio is 1:6 . One can get easily one - one attention. In 1st and 2nd semester there are four papers in each semester In 3rd and 4th Semester there are five papers in each semester. In 5th and 6th Semester there are four papers in each semester. Every students should have to take one General Paper in 1st and 2nd year. A standard question is provided by University. After completing whole syllabus one can write down answer properly.
