Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is on point and the course prepares us for real-world applications. For the area of improvement I think college should remove some unwanted subjects and should look for some hands on subjects.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of this college is reasonable. It's 20k per year which make it one of the most reasonable professional college of our state. I'm non COI so I am currently not getting any scholarship or financial aid but for COI people 75% of college fees is negotiated.
Campus Life
The campus experience is good and we host a yearly fest called AIKYAM and that is one of the most greatest fest hosted in GC. The experience of campus including library and other experience is good. But the college campus is small so there is great chaios
Admission
I have applied at Sikkim Government College, Kamrang. But I went to Sikkim University because OF the specific subject I wanted to choose. The admission process was not so hard and admission cell was also very polite.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is good. The teachers are qualified and have great knowledge over their specific subjects. The faculty-to-student relationship is bit low and not on mark. We are currently attempting for 3 exams in a semester and that is medium level.
