- Sports facilities are good various games are available, gym is good
- Very large and very green campus , roads are good in the campus
- They provide dispensary and ambulance which is good , 24/7 ambulance is available
Dislikes
- Hostels are at pretty far from the classrooms, so one have to walk pretty far
- Boys to girls ratio is bad , girls timing restrictions
- No good cafes , no good restaurant in the campus
Course Curriculum Overview
Data science is interesting and has lot of potential in the upcoming future , this is why i chose the course. Curriculum is designed properly, they have great course structure, not only they focused on the course but they focus on interpersonal skills.
Internships Opportunities
I couldn't crack any internships in the campus but many of friyhave cracked some good companies like Microsoft, DE Shaw, Tesla, Bajaj Auto etc. Many companies are yet to come so I'm gonna try to crack overall it's good as they provide internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
As per the college , placements are good so far , many famous companies comes in the campus to hire students. In case I failed to grab placement I'll prepare for gate exams and opt for Mtech to pursue further my studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
My tution fees is 0 as I am sc category student and academic fees is 9200 which includes convenience, library wifi etc. Hostel fees is 18500 per semester which sums to 37500 per year Mess fees is 23500 per semester which sunto upto 47000 per uear
Campus Life
Campus life is great no time restrictions, one can go anytime out of the the campus which makes night life good for the boys but girls have time restrictions they can't go out of the campus after 10pm in the night. Societies are not that good , societies culture is not good as there is lot of politics inside the societies
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good as per the rooms but hygiene can be better if they tried , hostels have game rooms they provide tt table , carrom and they have volleyball courts. I haven't lived outside of the campus so I can't tell about the rental rooms.
Admission
It had a very large campus and then I had to opt for data science or computer science, I had no option other than this college that's why I chose this college. And then I talked to few seniors they said that branch is good and college have very good coding culture.
Faculty
Most of the faculties are PhDs and they are good at thier subjects , single semester consists 3 exams mini test-10 marks mid test-20 marks and the end term exam which is of 50 marks. Marking is based on the top performer of the class like top performer will get A+ and the rests will be given marks accordingly
