Infrastructure (only management department)
Campus Greenery is good and refreshing..
The "recharge zone" basically rooh afza points.

Dislikes

Poor Management by the administration.
Parking Availability is always a problem.
Single canteen is Major issue because management department canteen is always on renovation.

I choosed it because of Alumini's opinion and the course is also good enough for the real world applications, it can be improved by adding some skill based subjects like SQL, Power BI, and Data Analytics. The frequency of time is so quick.

Internships Opportunities

Hamdard Laboratories Marketing internship is the major opportunity they provide apart from that from faculties reference you can get one and in that matter Jamshed sir's reference would be a great help.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees of BBA is 10000 and 5000 exam fee each semester. At the time of admission there is some miscellaneous, security deposit, and Library charges. Need to fill a form which cost around 1000-1500.

Campus Life

There are so many events I haven't much so can't recall the names but those were interesting and enjoyable. Accessibility of books and journals is less. There are so many societies and clubs and time to time they organize some fun learning activities.

Admission

I have applied for Jamia Millia Islamia but got into the waiting list and in IPU because of the distance where I live I didn't choosed it. The preparation for Jamia Millia Islamia were gone wrong. The admission process is simple you have to fill the form in the mid of July and August. Selection list will be rolled out according to the 12th percentage and other minor criteria.

Faculty

The faculty to students ratio is not so good but comparing to other colleges in Delhi-NCR it's okay. Zakir sir is very polite and good. Arif sir is always scolding but for the betterment of students. Won't mention the name but Ma'am who taught QTM batch 2020-23 is very harsh and not supportive at all. The exams are moderate.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

A Decent Guide to Jamia Hamdard

I applied to some other colleges also like Amity in Lucknow, University of Delhi and sharda too and I also got a letter from amity but it was very far compared to Hamdard in Delhi. when my name was listed in list of Jamia hamdard my parents thought it would be better for me to go Hamdard because of the environment so that's why I choose Hamard I did got rejected by other colleges because I was very late to respond to their mails Admission process is quite easy you first have to fill the form online on the site of Jamia hamdard within the given time period of whichever courses you like and then pay the form fees then you'll to wait for your name in the list of that particular course which the college releases time to time...Read More
