- There is no such reason to mark on the faculty of Mechanical Engineering, till now like their interest to help students
- Labs are fully functional and are of good standards
- The Infrastructure of the college is of very good condition
Dislikes
- The area of the campus is some what limited
- Hostels for boys and girls is not exactly inside the campus,they are at 200-300 metres away from college
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed by the OSMANIA UNIVERSITY BOARD and slight additions are made by the MVSR College management to impart Technical & Soft skills to the students The practical laboratory techniques used are old as per OSMANIA UNIVERSITY BOARD Guidelines The Exams conducted by the college are of decent difficulty
Internships Opportunities
There would be some Data or software companies or Institutions which would probably provide training and internships for the students Internships from core companies will be very rare for the core branches like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Civil Engineering Students
Placement Experience
For 6th semester the students can try for placements offered by the college Companies like Cyient, Hyundai,wipro, Ashoka, AMD, Cisco, Zenser, Wissen,e.t.c 4 lakhs per annum is the average package offered to the students and 31 lakhs per annum is the highest package offered to the student
Fees and Financial Aid
The college tution fee is 1,30,000 Rs per year and additionally we should pay an amount of 6000 per year for NBA Accreditation & University Fee The admission fee was 24000 for Lateral entry students for the academic year 2024-2025
Campus Life
There would be some events conducted in the college by some student clubs and college There would be Freshers and Farewell parties hoisting every year in the college There are a decent amount of collection of books in the library There is a lack of digital teaching for Core branches comapred to other colleges There are indoor games which can be accesed every day and outdoor games like Basketball, Cricket,Football,Shotput,Hand ball ,e.t.c There is NCC,NSS,MESA,SAE, e.t.c clubs
Hostel Facilities
There is no exactly hostel located inside the campus but its 200 metres to 300 metres located away from the college The fee for the hostel is around 68000 rupees per two semesters i.e a year I opted for a Government Hostel because of some financial issues
Admission
I had opted for Colleges like OU,JNTUH, VNR Vignan Jyothi, CBIT, VASAVI college of Engineering and Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of technology before the MVSR Engineering College but based on Caste categories have not got the seat in above mentioned colleges I haven't got Allotted a seat in other colleges because of my caste category To join this college there are 3 ways the student completed Intermediate, the student should appear for TG EAPCET(EAMCET) the student completed Diploma, then the student should appear for TG ECET else the student can opt for a Management quota
Faculty
Faculty of the department are good in number to maintain and apprach for any issues and tutoring and mentoring Faculty are super responsive that they would be repeating the topics till the students get it Exams are like 2 Mid Semesters and an End Semester,probably 45 days is Allotted for classworks for a Mid & another 45 for 2nd Mid
