Course Curriculum Overview
As I had prior work experience I enrolled for their PGPXP program and this is their flagship program which had best faculties. The college followed term based structure and each term had a certain number of subjects. Overall there were eight terms in one year.
Placement Experience
Woxsen being a renowned college & had recruiters from top industries who hired professionals for respective roles. 95% of our batch got placed.
College Events
Many events were organized in the campus itself, just like other colleges we didn't have to go somewhere. We really enjoyed we had a sunburn, DJ nights, Halloween party and many more events. Woxsenites enjoyed each and every fest, event & occasion. Celebrating all of these was fun.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The entire fees for the PGPX program are nearly about seventeen lacs which excludes accommodation & food charges. For meals & twin sharing rooms, the hostel charges were nearly two lacs. The rooms were air-conditioned and spacious. Rest charges were separate.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know much about their scholarship program as I was not entitled to a scholarship. Education loan is also offered but I am not aware of it.
Campus Life
The campus life at WOXSEN is an amazing, 200 acres huge greenfield campus with a fully WiFi enabled campus at each and every corner. I know the campus is far from the city but I didn't feel disconnected, we had all the facilities. The hostel life was also fun we use to prepare for presentations late night in groups and prepare for case studies.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors, as well as the batch mates, were of great help. They were always there when we need them.
Admission
Getting admission in WSB Woxsen School of Business was not hard. I got admission through NMAT. As I appeared for NMAT & this exam was also considered for Woxsen. The scores were submitted and then I had a personal interview with the panel at Woxsen School of Business. Finally, the admission was confirmed & I got a letter within 20 days.
Faculty
Woxsen School of Business has the best faculty and WSB had renowned faculty members from top B schools. I remember a few of them, Dr.Sanjit Kumar Dash who was best in teaching brand management and had more than fifteen years of experience in teaching. Prof Vikas Mehta taught us Advertising & Sales promotion.
