Course Curriculum Overview
The integration of ug and pg course influenced me to choose the course. Also that the other science papers were also included in curriculum. The previous curriculum of my course was an integrated course. And this influenced me to chose this course for and I enrolled the entrance exam for this. Then after one and half semester studying this course this university suddenly decided to change curriculum according to the national educational policy. This was a huge disappointment. Because according to national educational policy, this course was no longer an integrated course and the course duration is also different. And the papers also. When NEP was implemented suddenly during our second semester it became a large chaos and gave us huge struggles. Due to this we did not get our well deserved proper academic vacation.

Campus Life
Campus life really exciting here. There are several exciting factors in the university. From time to time there are different cultural and traditional celebrations being in the university. We also have a vast library feature along with a three floor reading room in which on one is allowed. The university provides good technological facilities. Sports and extracurricular activities are not much encouraged. Enough clubs are not available.
Hostel Facilities
The room which is only enough for two to accommodate are given for three students. There's wifi issue also. And dogs and cats wander around the corridors and make the place unhygienic. Meal quality is very poor. Registration process is very tiring in addition to that the hostel administration staffs are really harsh to the students. The mess food provided is in poor quality which does not match the fee we pay which is much higher.
Admission
I applied other central universities like tamilnadu university, karnataka university, Hyderabad university. And also IISER and other science research institutes. I got confirmed admission from karnataka university but as pondicherry university is better according to the climate favor and shorter distance I chose this university over karnataka university.
Faculty
1 faculty for 30 students. Faculties are not ancouraging the students for their quest in the subject study. They are not friendly with the students. Two internals and one external for each subject paper are conducted in one semester. Probably one or two students in a class fail to clear the exam. Course curriculum is designed according to the modern educational system.
