"Review about the college Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology"

The curriculum is the thing that needs attention. The curriculum in our college is hectic and some topics /subjects are unnecessary that is not worthy to study but due to university policy we are forced to study those things as fir the sake of a decent cgpa so that it becomes easier for sitting in placement drives .

The placements are decent . The average package in BTech CSE department is 5 lakh per annum which is a good one by taking the perspective of location and facilities and the most important it is a private college. Companies like Flipkart,Tech Mahindra ,Infosys visit our campus, Some companies take mass recruitment of the students like TCS. The highest package stands at 52 lakh per annum

Hi Let's begin with my introduction I am Shivadeep Vishwakarma an engineering student currently persuaing my 2nd yr in Btech CSE in Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology. The Annual FEES i pay is 180000 rupees. This is the academic fees I pay . Moreover i need to pay for the examination fees because my college is affiliated with AKTU University for the degree BTech .The fees is same for all the categories the only difference being is the scholarship that student gets when he/she applies for UP Scholarship on the behalf of college .Sc/St students get more scholarship than the general/obc students. General/obc students get a scholarship of 55-60k anually while the sc/St students get an amount of 80k-90k of scholarship.

The campuse life is good . There are technical and cultural fests in our college The most enthusiastic fest that is popular also is IGNITIA as it allows a student to explore new opportunities in his /her life by working on projects , automation and many more . It is a very good fest that has a special guest to enlighten the fest which includes the singer kailash kher who visited our college in Ignitia 2024 There is a big library in our college that has thousands of books Laboratories are good and has all the required equipments Sports facilities are not proper in our college that the college needs to work upon

Firstly coming to the admission procedure there are two ways one is the Counseling method of taking admission which is the UPTAC counseling. The other one is the direct admission in which students give a small test and on the basis of marks scored the college offers branch for admission. I chose this college by UPTAC Counseling. It had some good decent packages as the average package stands at 5 lpa which I think is good enough!! When I saw the big campus of the college I was impressed and so I took admission to pursue my dream of becoming a successful engineer. Some other colleges that was in my mind was KIET ghaziabad and ABES college but this colleges was in my Hometown and to remain with my parents I left those plans and took admission in this college. I applied for many colleges though as I gave the Jee exam .I got a CRL 196000 which I think is decent but not enough for a NIT college. I also could not make up for a government college because I didn't get Cse there at this rank.

The faculty to student ratio I would stay is 1:50 that is nearly a faculty assigned for 50 students !! Faculties are Supportive for students as they clear our doubts .I am on second yr so the faculties I liked are Mr Atul kumar Srivastava my maths faculty in 1st semester,my electronics faculty Mr Vaibhav Kumar .The faculty I didn't liked was Mr Shyam Sundar because his way of explanation was not proper despite having adequate knowledge that was the reason I would barely pass the examination! Exams at college are of moderate level There is a mid semester exam which they term it as a class test and have pre University exams before the final university exams .Most Students usually pass the exams .Very few ot them have a back in a respective subject.
