Course Curriculum Overview
There is research only in name of the college, never noticed this happen anytime under guidance of college. Students with their own Interests can do research on their own interests. Since the staff is less experienced and most of them are post graduating while they teach, there is very less support we may obtain
Internships Opportunities
There was no internship accepted by the college. We were forced to do Mini/main project in college. Since attendance was not in scope for those who would do a project in companies/MNC. And since 75% was the minimum attendance required, we had to skip the opportunities given by MNC.
Placement Experience
There were couple of companies that approached. Out of 2500 (Aurora Consortium) 47 got placed in TechM. and 44/1500 got placed in Infosys. While few other were selected by Mphasis, Polaris to name a few.Placements has been gradually increasing year on year. This is appriciated.
College Events
Cynosure 2K7 was one of the events which we had performed at RTC Kala Bhavan. This was greatly recognized and appreciated. We also got good sponsors. Only issue was there was always an issue with college contributing for sponsorship. Supported by staff
Exam Structure
Labs are challenging. We didnot have much of IT labs in the initial year due to system availability. Other Electronic labs did not have much good guidance. Though the main faculty were good, there were no lab assistance to guide.There is no walk in option
Faculty
Faculty is just qualified. Most of them are freshers or 1-4 yrs experienced. In this experience range it is difficult to master the subject. Faculty though friendly, knowledgeable are very few. This was updated when I had graduated. Be careful before you
