Best Engineering College for an Engineering Student

We have an annual fest named ARDOR, which is simply great, and one of the finest college fests of Indore apart from the Moonstone of Medicaps University. There are numerous functions and events apart from the annual fests as well. Also, has a great dimension for the students in sports, as we have quite effective coaches who focus on the improvement of students. Our cricket and volleyball team have been doing great for 1.5 years and have beaten up the likes of Vaishnav, Medicaps, etc. Teams.

The Course is managed by the RGPV on their CBGS(Choice based Grading System) pattern and all the courses by the college is research driven and fair too. The Exam is conducted for the engineering students of this college by RGPV(Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya) University and the center of the exam of all semester is our own college and the discipline in the examination hall is very good.

The internship is provided by the college. The Training and Skills Development cell of the Computer Science department provides a summer internship in around 6-7 different fields including AWS, advance Java, IOT, big data and Hadoop, Android, etc. At the cost of 5,000 INR each. It is the student's discretion what he wishes to go for. It is compulsory to take the internship in one of the given choices, whether you are interested or not. Frankly speaking, these training are good for nothing. The Career Development Cell takes care of the placements. 70% of my seniors got placed out of which 50% are placed in LTI. The highest package offered to the students was 5,00,000 INR and the lowest package was 2,00,000 INR.

Each Year the event known as ARDOR is celebrated which is the annual event of the college. One year ago the college also conducted Tedx where some world's best speakers are invited. Also in the field of sports every year college organizes the sports week in which all the sports like cricket, Basketball, Table Tennis, etc.

On the time of the admission in the college, they provide a fee structure of the complete Course whether it is of 4 years, 3 Years or 2 Years. Some other fee structure like of the particular one semester or one-year fee structure is also provided by the college if requested by the student. The fees of the overall engineering course are approx 4 lakhs (bus fees included) for all the branches. The first year fees of the college are around 1 lakh rupees in which 12 thousand is the bus fees which is included.

Fairly Speaking I haven't opted any of the education loans but the engineering students which are in the reserved category can apply for the government scholarship for engineering students.

The whole campus is Wi-Fi-zoned. Labs are good with updated computers, air-conditioners, awesome aura and we get hands-on experience of what we learn in classrooms. The college has a canteen where we get a decent quality if food and a cafe grace. Well, you'll get all the yummy stuff here including french fries, Maggi, shakes, ice-creams, cold-coffee, etc. There is no hostel facility. The campus is quite wide and all the departments are well-placed. Regular amendments are made to the infrastructure. If we talk about the gender ratio here is almost 50:50. As earlier I have talked about the sports week and also the sports facilities are really good here nearly all type of sports is available in the college. The labs are also well managed here. You didn't find any issue in the management of the labs. Each year many competitions were organized by the college and the college also inform students about some national level competitions. Many competitions of robotics, Programming competitions for CS and IT students are conducted.

The alumni network is really great. The alumni of the college always come to college for sharing their professional experience with the students who are in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. The Senior students are always ready to help their juniors in sharing their experiences and also help them for the projects related to stuffs.

When I was searching for a good college for engineering I really don't know about this college. One day I decided to interact with the students of this college and their review about this college is like amazing. Also, I talked to the students of some other colleges but the other college students always complain about their college facilities. So I was decided to take admission in this college.

Frankly speaking, the faculty members will teach and care for you only in the first year. From the second year onwards, hardly any faculty pays attention to you. The college is RGPV affiliated so you can understand the palpability of the course curriculum. No industry exposure is provided by the college but, I must admit that if any faculty teaches only 3 units out of 5, those are completely covered by them. Proper tests and assignment submission also takes place.
