Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum at lady keane college is well structured, offering a blend theoretical knowledge and practical application, which influenced my decision to choose this course. It prepares students for both real world careers and further academic pursuits. However the curriculum could improve by incorporating more interdisciplinary electives and skill based learning alongside modernising teaching methods to include interactive approaches and digital resources. The exam frequency and timing are reasonable with a fair difficulty level
Internships Opportunities
Students have access to internship opportunities with companies like thomas cook, make my trip, yatra, offering roles in travel planning, customer service and tour operations. Internship often come with stipend and involve projects like itinerary creation, market research and tour management.
Fees and Financial Aid
Registration fee was 100 Later admission fee for 1st semester was 29750 Later for end semester examination, we had to pay 900 Then 2nd semester fee was 22550 End semester fee 900 3rd semester admission fee 28000 This is the amount i payed till now since 2023 For the professional course of BTTM For national trip we pay 40% and the college sponsors 60% For feild trip and activities we pay sometimes The fee structure does changes
Campus Life
Lady keane college hosts the annual college week in September and techfinity in October The library offers diverse books while classrooms have basic tech provisions Sports, cultural events, and clubs like student union enhance campus life fostering students engagement and leadership through various extracurricular activities and social groups
Admission
I chose this college for its strong academic reputation, balanced curriculum, and the focus on women's education. Compared to other colleges I applied to, lady keane offered more practical exposure and relevant courses for my field. The faculty and student support here are also well regarded. While other colleges had competitive programs, their admission processes were either more complex or their location less ideal. In some cases I couldn't secure a spot due to higher cut offs or limited seats. Lady keane admission process was smooth.
Faculty
I would say all the faculties are nice and supportive, they build very nice bond with the students and we feel that the teachers pay attention to each and everyone of us thoroughly The Bttm faculty is very strict in discipline and grooming Since it is a professional course But that's what i like about it. That's how it should be.
