BCOM helps me to gain experience in the finance and accounting field and it helps to understand vast subjects in a very explained and simple manner. It prepares us for various internships and various fields and helps enhance our skills in certain areas. The timing of exams is great but may face difficulty while studying as the entire book is the syllabus for every subject. The exam is slightly difficult while progressing through the semesters.

Many start-up companies and major companies offers very well paid internships with a monthly stipend of 10k-13k per month. Stipends start from 5k per month and and varies based on the responsibilities and position offered by the company for the interns who have applied.

From the 3rd year onwards, or from 5th semester students will become eligible to apply and appear for campus placements. Some of the major companies that have visited our college mainly include Amazon, Google, Cognizant, HP, Infosys, Goldmann-Sachs, Wells and Fargo and many more. Almost everyone gets placements if they are willing to undergo training that the college provides on how to appear for campus placements. After my graduation, I will definelty bag a well-paying job and start working.

Im paying 160000 per year and the entire course fee of BCOM for duration of 3 years is 430000. Caution fees of 25000 is paid while taking admission in the college. As i took a specialization course, I pay 10000 more than my regular candidates who pay 70000. Scholarships are available if a student scores above 90 or 95 percent in their final sem exams.

Events like Freshers, sports days and various cultural events are being organized in the college to make it a fun-interactive and friendly environment. An IT-lab is there, which is well equipped and there is a library which has all novels and many business or financial related books to enrich our skills and knowledge during free time. There are various clubs which mainly include Social, Literary, Writing, Photography and sports. This ensures that students show interest and happily interact in every activity organized by the college. Currently there are no sports being offered in the college as the college is located in the heart of the city.

I had enquired for joining at presidency university in Bangalore and had to pull out as there was a distance issue and had some personal problems. Moreover I changed my mind and took B.COM, as I initially enquired at presidency for studying BCA. During admission you have to submit some required documents , and pay 25000 to block your seat in the college also known as caution fees. After that there is a registeration ceremony where u will be invited to sign some code of conducts of college, and pay the first term fees. There are some criteria for selection regarding marks.

Faculty is the best and always maintaining hospitality and professionalism, and are eager to solve doubts for students in need. All faculties are very great in their own aspects, and to maintain confidentiality I won't be revealing any of the teachers names or details. You have a exam at the end of every semester, each year consists of 2 semesters, before all these exams you have 2 internal examinations and lan practicals held.
