A review on AITS-Right College for Bright Future

Simply, AITS is the Right college for Bright Future. Placement activities are improving year by year. It would be good if GATE coaching is provided within the college.

SO far the Course curriculum was given by JNTUA, as the college was affiliated to it. From 2019-20, the college is becoming autonomous, and now the college can have its own curriculum to suit the latest industry needs and technology. As of now, the curriculum is best suited to the current day needs of the industry. Add-on courses, NPTEL courses are also organized to fill the gap, if any.

Placement is good at our college. It is increasing year by year. For 2018-19, more than 250 students are genuinely placed in different companies. Internships are now being made mandatory for all branches of students.

College celebrates Freshers' Day every year to welcome the new entrants into engineering education campus. College celebrates ANNUAL DAY every year to bid farewell to the outgoing students. Days of national importance like REPUBLIC DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, ENGINEERS DAY, INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY, TEACHERS DAY....so many events are celebrated. FESTIVAL SAMBARALU for UGADI, SANKRANTHI, DUSSEHRA etc are also celebrated.

Govt. of Andhra Pradesh is supporting tuition fee to the extent of Rs.35000 every year. In addition, Education Loan facility can be availed in Nationalized banks. College authorities provide the required certificates to get the bank loan.

Good campus life. The gender ratio is 2:3 (Female: Male). Co-curricular and extracurricular activities are regularly organized in the college. State-of-the-art laboratories are there. Sports, Games both indoor and outdoor are in practice every day. Competitions, project expo, symposium, etc. are part of literary activities. The overall development of the student is possible, provided students should be able to utilize the human and library resources available.

Hostel fee is Rs.60000/- per year. Excellent food. Solar water heating system is installed. RO purified cool drinking water is available. Spacious dining hall. Hygienic food. 42 inch TV available for entertainment. All rooms are 3 seater rooms. Surrounding places and the opposite hill is scenic beauty. The campus is full of greenery. Free Wi-Fi facility to the hostel students.

Senior students are always helpful. Alumni meets are being organized every year in the college premises. A few prospective alumni are being invited to the college to give guest lectures, to share their real-time experiences, etc. with the upcoming juniors.

Admission happened Through Convener, APEAMCET-2016. First, candidates are to be registered for the counseling process in the Help Line Center. Login ID comes to the registered mobile number. Web Counseling process to exercise options. Seat Allotment. Exact dates not remembered.

Faculty is excellent. Ph.D. qualified professors are more in number. Teaching quality is good. Many of the faculty are pursuing their Ph.D. Faculty members are accessible to the students outside the class hours to get clarification of any doubts. We give feedback on the faculty twice in a semester. Management takes action against faculty with poor feedback.
