Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have a hige interest in Commerce and Accounts. The curriculum prepares me for the real world applications. It provides classes for Tally, Excel and other important technical skills. If attendance will be made compulsory then the cource curriculum can be more improved. The internal exams are quite easy but semester exams are quite difficult
Internships Opportunities
The financial and management roles offered in the intership from the companies like WIPRO.Stipend given in the internship are almost upto 8,000 to 10,000. Student may get minimum 5,000 as stipened. Some of the internships are also unpaid.
Placement Experience
In 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement and from 3rd semester become eligible for the intership. The companies visited for the placement are TCS, DELLOITTE, INFOSYS and WIPRO Almost 80 to 90% of the students gets placed who sits for the placement. My plan is to start my career in the relevant field
Fees and Financial Aid
The year-wise fees for the B.COM (H) course is around 70,000 The first semester fees 35000 in which 5,000 is security deposit. In other semester college takes 31,000 as semester fees and 2,000 as caution deposit. The total fees for the semester is 33,000. The fees of my batchmates on BBA is 48,000 per semester. The college provides scholarship to sports quota students and students who scored above 90% in their 12th boards exams
Campus Life
The name of the annual fest is UMANG and it is held in the month of December. The college invites celebrities in their fest. The semester and course related of books are always available in the library. Smart boards are present in the classrooms. There is sports arena in college and teams for almost every outdoor games. The colleges wins almost sports with the other colleges. There is social group of the college which NSS. The college has clubs for the students which includes the clubs for singing, writing, speaking etc.
Admission
I chose this college because I studied in the Bhawanipur School so I got to know many things about the college. The techers of the college are highly educated and offers a great teaching method. Along with this the college conducts many programs on monthly basis. The college takes admission on the basis of 12th boards percentages. The cutoff for B.com (H) is 65% and B.com general is 60%
Faculty
The faculty and students relationship is nice. Faulty is highly approachable. There is one internal exam before the sesmster exams and one semester exams. The exams are quite difficult. 2 to 3 % of the students fail to clear the exams.
