Truth of the college life at SVIT- Vasad

Overall the course curiculum is great but the approach of teaching and studying should be change. Like instead of bookish knowledge, faculties should focus more on practical teaching.i choose information technology beacuse of the power computer holds to change the world and making the difference.

There are so may comapnies are tehre which offered great roles and internships with stipend. I don't remember name of all the comapnies but some of them are tata, mahindra, vittorcloud etc. based on projects also some of the students got good placements

Placemets pf our college are great. I must say it is so better. Students can become eligible for campuse placements from 7th semester. Mostly the offers make in placements range's from 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs. Highest package goes up to 9 lakhs. Number pf students getting placed are somewhere around 60-70. But i did not placed my self in any company beacuse i wanted to do higher studies

So, when i joined the college, my fees for one semester was 37000. And yes i do avail some scholarship but it is not from my institute.i got MYSY scholarship from state government. There are different fees structure for differently placed students. like, all local qoata student had same fees but international quota students has some what higher fees. Also fees is increasing as per passed years.

Overall campus experience is great if you are enthusiastic. There is a tech fest named prakarsh in my college that held every year. Its is superb. Energetic,so, good. Labrary is also very huge all types pf books are available in library. Also annual sport meet also held every year. Which is so fun to watch.

Solely i chhose this college beacuse of its faclties in computer subjects and its placement ratios. I have also applied to parul university vadodara. But i did not like their placements. So i choose this over other colleges

Facties of my college more than decent in teaching. They know how to teach us for good future placements.the ratio of faculty to students will maybe around 1:150 to 1:200. Mostly i like some of my factulties who's names are pradish sir and gargi mamz. The reason why i like them is because of their friendly nature towards students and their style pf teaching. There are no such faculties whom i dislike. There are total 3 exams in a semester. 1) mid term 2)second mid term and 3) semester exam. On an average almost every one clears exam except 3-4 students.
