Reality of Parul university

My parents forced me to join in computer science and engineering so I took this four Curriculum is not at all good it won't prepare you for real life applications Curriculum needs to be improved faculties who can give industrial training should be added teaching should be more practical than theory, Students should also need extra curricular activities not only studies The frequency and time of exams is good

In 7 th semester students will be available for placements Satya technologies, Bebo technologies, Accenture, etc companies are coming to our university 12,00,000 per annum is highest package upto now average package is 3,00,000 per annum Only 50 percentage of the students are getting placed I am trying to get placement of not I will goto higher studies i.e mtech

Every year the fee is same of 120000 Tution fee is 100000 other charges are 20000 Some of my batchmates have 180000 too as fees depending on their percentage of secondary education No scholarships are coming for me and my friends

Fests will be conducted very frequently, annual festival is conducted once in every year in the month of March very grandly, freshers party will also be conducted very grandly, there will be lots of tech fests too There is a seperate library for every course with wide range of books Every class room is capable of more than 100 students with a projector and 4 screens University is not very active in clubs

Hostels are really neat and clean , each bed for every student and there will be a study table and chair for each student with a seperate study lamp and cupboard too for each student Food is above average, seprate food will be prepared for North and South students chapatis rice dal one curry and buttermilk will be available in meal I am staying in a rented room in a society named Ananth shublab

I didn't applied to any other colleges, we can't afford private universities but in this university we are having really very less fee when compared to remaining private universities There will not be any test also to join in this university Fee is also depends on IPE marks not jee soo o choosed this university

There are 30000 students in our university and 1000 memeber of faculty, students faculty relationship also not very good Mounish gowda and Guru patel sirs are my favourite faculties because they helped me a lot in machine learning I like most of the lectures, no lecturer is very bad There will be weekly exam at every weekend and there will mid term examination it will be conducted for every 2 months and lab exams will be conducted once for every semester and final examination will be conducted once for every semester
