The curriculum gives us two option to specialize in which is marketing and finance and this has greatly influenced me to choose this course The curriculum does prepare a student for the real world application since it encourages students for social works, internships management programs, seminars The frequency and timing is also very crucial because it doesn't have unnecessary gaps but sometimes it is hectic due to the difficulty of core subjects

I had applied for St Xavier college Kolkata, St Xavier University, Scottish Church College and Goenka College I opted this college because I was student of St Xavier Collegiate school and hence studying in yhe same campus I had this dream of joining this college and become a part of it No I didn't get a rejection from other college my name came out in the list for admission The eligibility criteria for a General student is Commerce eith maths and a percentage of 90% and for Christian students it is 58%

We have around 800 students and the faculty ratio is quite high considering the students present. The faculty is very much approachable at all time there's no hindrance as such BCom morning has the best faculty as it was the first emerging faculty in our college There's no department which I don't like I think every department is good in its own way Currently there are 8 semesters for the batches admitted in the year 23-24 but earlier it used to be 6 semesters for most of the batches The exams are quite standard compared to other colleges since our college is an autonomous college it sets its own papers
