Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is ok as we are having specialization in rail engineering so it is according to that only. My branch is mechanical engineering specialization in rail engineering. We are having mechanical engineering subjects as well rail engineering subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are good we are having interships with indian railways every year from first year onwards.In first year internship are not paid but from second year you can apply according to your CGAPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure will be as 153000 for tution fee per year, hostel charge will be 39600 per year, mess fee will be 55000 which is copromised in end of the academic year. Financial aid is available for the students having less than 300000Rs per anuum. Fee is not increasing.
Campus Life
We are provided really good hostels and classrooms . Labs are ok ok. Clubs are there like music club, dancing club, event management club, society of automotive enginers, literary club, debate and quiz club etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are best . Rooms are with AC, personal washroom with geyser , balcony,mess is combined for both girls and boys. Quality of food is good . Hostel is not important for everyone you can choose different accomodation also if you want.
Admission
I chosed this college because it provides specialization in rail enginnering this is the only college which provides such specialization. College also provides internship with indian railways from first year onwards. Admission is on the basis of your JEE score through JOSSA councilling and CSAB and at kast spot rounds are also there.
Faculty
Exam system is mid sem for 25 marks, end sem for 50 marks and 25 marks are on internals( attendance , class test, assignments, projects, class performance etc.) Faculties are really good with the students they are cooperative . Venkat Chintala Sir is the best faculty . He teaches really good with full concept clearity.
