Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum of MBBS is completely based on practical study. Different practicals are done to enhance the knowledge like Cadaveric Dissection in Anatomy , live operations in Surgery, blood experiment etc.
Internships Opportunities
1 year rotatory internship is done with attached hospitals in all the departments according to time assigned by NMC. Internship is very beneficial as patient inflow is large and advanced technology. Stipend: ?15000 pm

Campus Life
FAMS- Faridkot Association of Medical Students. This is a student run social group for students welfare There are lot of books in library in wide range . We get almost all books related to medicine in the library. Central (Uni) library is open 24/7. Classes known as Lecture Theatres (LT) are installed with projectors, blackboards,ACs. Fully ventilated, bulit in theatre fashion . Annually path , convocation takes place. After a gap of few years Fest also organised.
Admission
Eligibility Exam : NEET UG Cut-offs: Vary every year Admission Process: Go through the BFUHS website I chose this college over GMC amritsar as the batch strength is not very large here, proper practicals are done, the Faculty is quite nice, No ragging, More pateint inflow, Advanced technologies in the hospital etc are some points due to which I choose this college over other colleges.
Faculty
Each department have minimum 3-4 doctors(professors). Faculty is quiet good of the college help the students in study and in all aspects . Exam system: Firstly there is Mid Sem 1 exam then Mid sem 2 exam then Send Ups and finally Prof(Uni) exams. All faculty members are good and cooperative.
