What Students Say

Likes

They provide buses for dayscholar students.For buses no extra fee is asked.
Club events are appreciated very well.example clubs like Rotaract, yuva etc..
Lunch is provided during lunch break and yea is provided during snack break

Dislikes

Teaching could be better some faculties doesn't have a proper English knowledge being in a English medium college
The infrastructure is old and not upto date
The cgpa and placement offer's lpa is not worthy

Course Curriculum Overview

I took this course because everyone said this course is the future etc... I had no idea about the course before I took it. Below average Teaching method could be more practical than theory Assessment exams happen every month so it's quite difficult

Fees and Financial Aid

For B.E computer science and engineering course in jeppiaar engineering college per annum fees is 200000 rupees. I applied to this college through management so for the first year I had pay a 100000 rupees extra on top of the academic fee. One of my batchmate pays 150000 rupees for academic and 50000 for hostel . Students studied in govt schools who had their 12th cgpa 7.5 + have the criteria of 0 rupee fee.

Campus Life

Symposium and culturals are held in the months of February - March Availablity of book is good the library has a big collection of books It is good Sports and extracurricular activities is great and they is a huge scope in it They are many social groups and club that are initiated by the college

Admission

I didn't apply for other colleges. The first college I applied is jeppiaar engineering college and I got seat in the college so I joined the college. I didn't apply for other colleges Sports quota eligibility is available

Faculty

The faculties and students have a good relationship and they are easily approachable Ruthra elumalai and Jagadhishan are the best faculties in my opinion because the way they teach is easily understandable and they are friendly Python sir has very limited knowledge about python programming and his way of teaching is not at all understandble 2 semesters per year and it is quite difficult but if the students put the efforts clearing the exams won't be an issue

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

About my Heaven College

I didn't apply for any colleges as i want to study in Jeppiaar engineering college. I got offers from rajalakshmi engineering college but it was very far for me so i went to jeppiaar engineering college for my dream to be fulfilled. Admission process will only be done in the addmision front office there will be Ram for guiding you and collecting fees where they will give receipt for your payment. Eligible cut off will be 150 above for counseling. Overall admission will be easy....Read More
