Course Curriculum Overview
Law in itself is a very wide fields opening various job offers. My college prepares the best for judiciary as well as civil services exam along with corporate jobs. Little more exposure would have been beneficial. The exam goes for 3hrs long.
Internships Opportunities
Talking about the Internship, we get 1 month break for Internships but hardly we get stipend because law students hardly get that. We intern under various companies such as Khaitan and High Courts as well.
Placement Experience
From 4th year , one becomes eligible for placement. Cyril Amarchand Das , Tata etc visits I aspire to crack PCS-J Highest package was 1200000 . Not many here go for corporate jobs instead civil services.
Fees and Financial Aid
Hello everyone, i paid Rs.62000 as my fees in 2nd year as well as 1st year. But the fees now for the upcoming batch is increased to Rs. 72000. There is scholarship for students, they could easily apply for it. Mostly students from reservation category avail this scholarship.
Campus Life
The library is filled with books related to everything and we have central library too. We have smart board in our class for better learning. We have various clubs, committees. We have cyber library as well which operates 24hrs.
Admission
I applied for ILS PUNE, LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY, CHRIST UNIVERSITY, ALLAHABAD UNIVERSITY and many more and luckily i got all these but what kept me attached to bhu is that it is known as the judges factory. You need to give CUET - UG to take admission here.
Faculty
Banaras Hindu University holds the best of its faculty. You wont find this much faculty members in any other law college. They are all phd holders. Exams are conducted twice a year + mid sems twice a year. Its not very difficult , one can easily solve it. Some people do get back for like around 3-4 students.
