Not worth my life

This course I adopted since I couldn't do my neet. In 2nd year I thought of taking CSE . I GOT MANY SEATS IN OTHER COLLEGES FOR OTHER COURCES. But I wanted to adopt only CSE based . I mean social or economical or design thinking and scientific foundation.. these courses are of no use while learning engineering so this might be the drawback . Exams are conducted very strictly in our clg and I appreciate that !

I am Prajna P Rao. My clg is located in moodbidri , bantwal taluk . AIET (Alvas institute of engineering and technology) I joined this clg in 2023 to adopt my BE in computer science. Currently I'm doing my 2 nd year of engineering. My college fees in 1st was nearly 2,25,000. Since I'm form general category I couldn't adopt seat through my ceet . And hence the same will apply for scholarship. And for aptitude classes this year clg fees was increased to 2,40,000. Which is a lot! I got 9.05 sgpa in my 1st sem and 8.85 in my second. I hope I study well and get a good job apparently.

Yeah . My clg is typically traditional clg where wearing sleeves are also not allowed... Only the traditional festivals ya fest is conducted in our clg .. Modern things actually mein bhool chuki hoon. Our clg has 30 hrs reserved for Library where u have to sit ...one person will watch over until u go so u can't do anything except reading or writing. Ive joined Dwani club which is basically singing club .. I've learnt singing since I was 3 yrs. Im currently doing my vidwat level singing with my guru Suchitra holla.

Since I'm form general category I couldn't get seat through my ceet. So I went through management.. I wrote exams for nitte nd I got seat for AI which was great. The day I got the MSG I was happy and discussed with my parents and thought of approving the next day . When I called them the next day .. they told the seats are full already u should have called earlier. I fucked up the whole thing. I was in depression since I didn't get the clg I wanted ... Although I had got seat in EC background. I wanted CS . One day my mom told me your admission is done for AIET ... WITHOUT ASKING ME!!. Since I would have said no if she had asked me .. got nothing to do but chose my fate and move on .

Few faculty are very friendly whereas the others are very rude. I liked my Maths and Chemistry lectures since they were too good in teaching as well as communication. More than holidays they'll keep exams every now and then !!! 3 IA's before semister. If one IA they give very easy and the rest they do it very difficult.. I don't feel what they are teaching is relevant at all.. for engineering.
