I want to go for research field.. In our college we have lots of club .. Teachers are good they give us proper direction for our better improvement They take exms , exams are sometimes so difficult and sometimes modaret .

They give us internship according to the course.. my course is fishery science so I will get internship in different universities or some factories Internship will help us for our better job opportunities

The course fees is different in other departments. For my department admission fees was 19990 2nd semester fees was 10460 3rd semester fees was 22790 We don't have any other scholarship. Because I belong to general cast

Campus is small in our college.. in the month of March college celebrate college week They are lots of books available in our library ebook also available in our college library In our college techers use smart board for teaching They are many clubs in our college

Admission

I applied for other colleges but here I got fishery science department so choose this subject over other colleges because this course help me in the future In our college we have to fillup and application if we select college sent us a email and than students have to take addmission

Teachers are good.. they are kind to the students..they provide us notes they give us direction for better development.. they are humble to the students.. every semester they take more than 3 exms , exams are modaret .. 80% of students pass ..

The indoor and outdoor curriculum activities is very on and off but when they conduct fest it is very nice and they have proper members of the group to provide with all the requirements and proper needs for the student's

University of Science and Technology Meghalaya

Course Curriculum Overview:

Biotechnology is very new field and specially in India and it required many investment like different lab instruments and mechanics. USTM was running the course like B. Sc. Biotechnology, M. Sc. Biotechnology Ph. D and all but they didn't have that many resources.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is pretty good and helpful with proper teaching about the subject, it is also helpful for real-life work and activities with proper hands-in skills teaching and theoretical knowledge. But there is a big setback that it is not recognised by the Indian council of agricultural research(ICAR). Recognition by the ICAR will have a big boost in the course and department

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love Mathematics.Our Department also provides small field trips like visiting orphanages,helping the poor and needy,we also get to host debates and extempore speech competitions.Taking Mathematics really helps me alot.And i also believe in future it will do me very good.I will be able to join my favorite companies,maybe join engineering, or get a phd and become a teacher as not many students are there in the Mathematics filed and not many teachers as well.

Life in St Edmunds shillong

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although this is a private college still it has recognition for the efficiency of this college. I wasn't interested in medicine and engineering. so I had to do a BSc so this college is one of the best in North East India. From the chemistry department, there are various scopes such as the food industry, oil industry, wax industry, ONGC, OIL, and various jobs. The teaching method is efficient and if there is any chance to improve then I would like to say that faculty should monitor that every student is being facilitated with proper materials.

ST ANTHONY’s COLLEGE SHILLONG

I chose this college as its just 100 KM but the other one was too far. Plus was expensive too as I come from a middle class family. And the course in the other college had a rule that you can't just pursue music and you have to take 3 degrees all together. So if you take BA. MUSIC you have to take BA. PSYCHOLOGY and BA. My story in st.Anthonys college Shillong

I originally wanted to go to Delhi university I even got the seat but because of the delay of the Cuet result I had to keep my option open. I applied to maybe 4 college one is from my local place, the other one is b.booruah,st Anthony's and DU. But since my Cuet results were delayed I ended up in stb.Anthonys I got accepted in the other two college which I applied for but since st.Anthony's was my second option I came here. In st. Anthony's due to some network issue my acceptance mail was stuck so I had to come here in the college and talked with the principal after finally talking with the principal I received my email and my admission was done.
