- High fee structure, heavy traffic during peak hours towards noida
- Attendance issue, you have to maintain minimum 75%
- Punch in issue: you have to punch in at the campus gate at or before the class time.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for this course as I am from a business background so wanted to know more about the professional manegerial and entrepreneurial skills. To gain practical insights on how the business works and how to convert the traditional business to the modern day. The exams are conducted every 5 months. These are the end semester examination. Also there are mid semester examinations. The difficulty of the exam is moderate. You can pass the exams if you were attentive in the classes and studied the notes given by the teachers thoroughly.
Internships Opportunities
The college offered a summer internship break for doing any kind of internship we like. They particularly have not provided any internships from their side. They also offer a course where we have to do an internship in the NGO.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placement only if they have their CGPA above 6. The placements are good. Well reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Deloitee etc. come for recruitments. Highest package offered to a BBA graduate was 60LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total course fees is 12 lakhs approximately. I got scholarship of around 2 lakhs so I saved the fee of one semester. If you have 95% and above you can get 100% scholarship that means fees for 2 semesters will be settled.
Campus Life
The social life of Amity is great. There are many fests and events going on everytime. There is AMITY YOUTH FEST AYF and SANGHATHAN the sports fest of amity. These are some great opportunities to work on. Other than this there are department level clubs and societies to be a part of and get some exposure and have fun.
Admission
I got confirmed admission from Symboisis Noida and Christ Delhi. I chose this college over others because this has a better brand reputation across the world. And as I heard that the Business subject of Amity is pretty goood as compared to other colleges. I got direct admission without any entrance examination because of my merit.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:40. The faculties are very nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and teach the subjects in a very practical way. There are some teachers who make a fuss about the attendance maybe because of other students. Recommendation is to create a good bond with teachers by participating in the class activities and submitting your assignments and PSDAs timely
