Likes

The infrastructure and the faculty are top notch. There are all kinds of labs in our college such as IIOT ,DSA LAB and many more.
All the faculty have phd in there respective subjects. So, they have very well knowledge about there subject.
Whole building has air conditioning.So you will feel fresh every time.

Dislikes

There are no official sport activities rather than basketball and volleyball.The campus is on a little smaller side.
The entry and exit gates of VIPS-TC building are hell. They are literally on the opposite side of the main college entry gate.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate my course 9/10 . AIML is a very vast course that provides in depth knowledge of computer and current day AI and ML sector. This course is the best speciality course to do. According to me, there are no need of improvements till now.

Internships Opportunities

Currently I haven't done any internship affiliated from college. I did internship from IIT Guwahati which was organised by our college. The intership was really great and u got a certificate from IIT too.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a diploma student so I got direct admission into 2nd year. In 2nd year, I submitted 1,64,900 fee and 1,52,900 fee in 3rd year. Currently, VIPS-TC is a newer branch so there are no placements currently. Scholarships are available in our college.

Campus Life

There are many fests that happen during the year such as INITIO, sports day and many other cultural fest. It is very easy to get books issued from library. You only need to pay once and can get books whole year. Yes, there are many clubs in our college that enlightens the inner talent of students!

Admission

I got admission in SRM-Sonepat. I was waiting for the IPU result and for backup I kept SRM university. When u got admission in VIPS, I backed off my admission from SRM. VIPS is very near to my home and it is easy to do up-down. For getting admission in my college, you need to get a specific rank in JEE. Students who got 1,50,000-2,00,000 rank in jee got admission in btech!

Faculty

The faculty and student ratio is really good. There is one teacher for every 60-70 students. All the faculities are easily approachable and very responsive. Dr.Bhawna Rawat is really a good teacher. She has a vast knowledge of her subject as well she gives us real life lessons too. In one semeste, there are basically 1 mid term exams, 2 general class tests whereas 1 final exams. All of the exams are easy to pass and a very small number of students have back in subjects.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

VIPS is a top quality college!

I applied in VIPS through IPU Entrance and I also applied through CLAT and even CLAT scores are acceptable in VIPS. However there are some laws and those who have certain rank are only given admission. Not the top rankers apply here but mid ranked people are welcomed at VIPS with both hands....Read More

VIPS Delhi is best for learning!

Admission are through both the entrance be it CLAT or IPU as typically it's a free hot central for students who have decent rank in both the entrance. VIPS is the most special law college of Delhi!

GGSIPU all the colleges I checked out and without a debate Vivekanand School of Legal Studies wins it hands down. Admission through CLAT scores and even IPU entrance scores are accepted.
