Course Curriculum Overview
I think Graphic Era is best for computer science students, and that's why I chose the BCA and MCA courses at this university. They prepared for the interview in the companies and also exam difficulty level is easy.
Internships Opportunities
I think there are so many internships offered by colleges with stipends. I think summer internships at Amazon and Microsoft are also. But the placement is so good in the colleges. For projects we have to write and publish one unique idea journal.
Placement Experience
In the 3rd semester of MCA and the 4th semester of BCA, students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Wipro, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, Delloite, google, etc. I am also placed by the college in the company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Hey, My name is Deepak Kumar and I am done MCA and also BCA from Graphic Era University. The fee structure year-wise is 1,20,000 of BCA and 1,70,000. The amounts of scholarships depend on the 12th percentage Colleges have their own set of rules/ condtions but for girls their is 5% scholarships which provide by the Uttarakhand government and college also provide 55 scholarships for girls.
Campus Life
The names of annual and technical festivals are hackathons and some coding challenges. Every department has a separate library so the range of books is very good. Students- run social groups, clubs and also there are so many activities.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are good but costly, In the hostel we have four times meals breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. we have an AC room and also provide 24*7 hour wifi and the food is good. The locality rent is 4 to 5 thousand per person.
Admission
I applied only to Graphic Era University. The admission process at my college is boring but there is a guide for the admission process. So now we have an entrance exam for MCA admission but no entrance exam for BCA. The exam is the basic level.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is good, and the faculty-to-student relationship is good. You can approach the faculty in the cabins directly. The exam pattern of the college mid-term exam and end-term exam is also practical with every term.
