Course Curriculum Overview

4

Overall Lloyd curriculum is better than other college but it's need to be a change like we have in 5th yr cpc, crpc and evidence all the important subject are in one semestar it's liitle bit difficult for us to cover all these in one semester

Internships Opportunities

3.5

In our college there is an Internship and placement cell their duty is to inform student about requirements of any law firm, companies, senior advocates, judges and so on. E&y offerd position of legal associate with Stipend of 35thousand Integreon for undergraduate they provide 20 thousands and for graduates 25thousand

Placement Experience

4

From semester 7 student become eligible for campus placements. The highest package offered by the companies are 50000 and the lowest is 30000. The percentage of students getting placement is not so good if the class size is 300 only 10,20 will get placements. My plans after getting the degree is preparing for judiciary and securing a government job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Lloyd law college is the best college and Lloyd is not only for law but it has many other courses. The college also has been an active internship and placement cell that funtions and helps students to find good placements and internships. Lloyd held many co-curricular activities like moot court competition, Debates, Trials etc

Campus Life

4

In our college many guests lecture are held some of them are of Advocates, Law Firms, Supreme Court judges, high court judges. In our college library all the books and journals which were required for us are available. In our campus in sports cricket tournament were held.

Hostel Facilities

4

Facilities of Ac/non Ac are provided according to the prefrence of the student Meal quality is overall good but sometimes it's not they provide you 4 time meal and facilities of transportation is also available. I stayed in Anandam girl's hostel near shrda hospital knowledge park 3

Admission

I appeared for clat but unfortunately i didn't clear it. I didn't applied for any other colleges. There are two ways 1. On clat marking 2. College conduct exams Cut offs are not much higher everyone gets admission.

Faculty

3.5

Lloyd law college is affiliated to Chaudhary charn singh university (meerut), exams are conducted by the University their marking system is so poor . The faculties i liked the most is Amit sir, Anil sir and ND guru sir i liked them because of their teaching methods.

Placement Experience:

Students are given internship opportunities right from the first year. As I'm already on the verge of graduating in the next two months, I've seen the faculty and management put more attention to the Training and Placement Cell. Big companies like Deloitte, HCL and Austrian Migration Lawyers like Loch Corporate have taken interns from the law school at DME. This being said, I have high hopes from the Placements as well. I plan on working in the corporate and later this year appearing in Clat PG for the masters.

In the college we have a designated internship cell which actively provides internship for law students throughout the semester. For placement, pre placement offer starts coming in last semester. Also college conduct placement drives for final year students where tier 1,2,and 3 law firms come and select students and offers reasonable package for freshers.

Pre-placement starts from the 4th year, and post-placement also happens as those who remain to get any placements are also assisted. Law jobs are always less so the percentage of students getting jobs is also quite low, as the batch size is 80+

Placement Experience:

Campus placements at the college are quite decent and provides students with a good platform to start their career students usually becomes eligible for placement in their final year but the college starts focusing on internship and skill development on early semester itself. This helps students gain practical exposure and build a strong cv before they sit for final placement. Usually hardworking and eligible students who focuses from the begining get placements through college after completing my degree my plan to gain practical experience by working in a corporate legal role or with a law firm to build strong skills and industry exposure the placement percentage at the college is moderate with a fair number of students getting placed each year
