Course Curriculum Overview
This course consists of business subjects and learning about the business environment. The job prospects were the main factors to choose this course and also it provides a very good overview and learning of business hence influencing my decision to take this course. There are a lot of practical assignments and group assignments where we can practically research and learn about the real world applications of business. The course is very well planned hence there is not much room for improvement in this aspect. The examinations are spaced well and plenty of time is given between examinations to study.
Internships Opportunities
There are multiple internship opportunities from various companies such as jain group itself and Wipro technologies etc. the internship opportunities are very flexible and provide good learning experience for the students
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year it's 245000 for 3 years there are other ways to pay this for example there is loan provided by college where you can pay the fees in small increments. The registration fees is 1000 inr. The merit cut off is 75% in 12th grade and 10th grade
Campus Life
There are fests that are organized throughout the semester namely being anveshna this is usually held within September. There are a lot of good books available in the library of the campus although most of the study material is in pdf format. There are projectors in the classroom and speakers which make up an immersive learning. There are clubs and forums that one can enroll into it impacts students life in a positive way as they can learn how to get things done and oraganising fests etc.
Admission
The admission process for jain University was very simple as one could directly visit the admission office or apply for the course online. Once applied for desired course you have to pay a registration fees of 1000. Other colleges I applied to were PES and St.Josheps college the reason I couldn't make it to other colleges was they were too far and it would be a hassle to commute. The entrance exam and interview for jain University was simple. Overall admission process for jain University was very easy and smooth.
Faculty
The faculty is very approachable and are very understanding. I like most of the faculty as they are very understanding and good lectures that explain concepts clearly. When it comes to not liking a faculty member I haven't any any bad encounters or problems with any of the faculty. There are 3 unit tests and one end semester examination and they are easy considering the study material is provided and the course is very understandable.
