The faculty, for the most part, is pretty knowledgeable
The courses are relevant and useful for the future
The facilities within the campus are nice

No long winter break after the odd semester
The exam format and the rules regarding scholarship keep changing
Minimum attendance requirement is too high at 75 percent

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is not always relevant to the course since we have ti choose an open elective subject every semester from different branches. But other than that, the core subjects are pretty relevant.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 360000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee for computer science engineering was 3.6 lakhs in first year. It increased by 10 for second year. You can get scholarship for writing the gat(gitam admission test) exam which, according to your rank, can avail scholarship ranging from 100 percent to 15 percent

Campus Life

The annual fests are mid. The library has a comprehensive collection of course relevant as well as non course relevant books. The quality of the classrooms varies a lot depending on the block. The clubs are good.

Chose this college because it was the closest university to me and the admission test went well which helped me get a scholarship which helped me in deciding this college for my bachelor's degree in cse

Faculty

The quality of the faculty can vary a bit. Most of the faculty i had were good and approachable. This might not be the case for other branches. The exam format chnaged every semester so far. The exams are easy

The exams can be done for once in two months and that are considered as mid examinations before that there is a lab internal after 2 months again these will happen after that lab externals and semester will be done total semester will be done by 6months including preparation holiday and regular holidays

Course Curriculum Overview:

I selected civil engineering course as of my intrest because civil was my interest since the beginning It's just developed like that .I feel like my civil related subject faculty are good.i hope my 4years jounery in snits goes well.As of now civil engineering is treated good in my college.

College for people with more money

Placement Experience:

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

Comming to course if you study for atleast imp u will survive no matter how hard the paper is and curriculum is easy to get on there is no issue in syllabus and other study related but he have to put minimum efforts to suvive through backlogs

Placement Experience:

The College placements will be available eligible for the students of 4th-year 1st semester there is a number of companies visited almost 100 companies like TCS Infosys for exam and there is a highest package of 40 lacks per annum and average package 6 lakhs per annum and there is a placement of about 98 percentage and my plan is after getting the degree is to get a job in a multinational company

Placement Experience:

my life at gitam

well tried few eamcet collages and also collages through mains but not got confirmed since i got scholarship in gitam and everything else is good i chose gitam over other collages . isnt like rejections but many collages demands more money without any scholarship. in gitam we get admission if you pass +1 and +2 but if you need scholarship we can write exam or join through eamcet or mains score...Read More

GITAM Hyderabad College Review

This college had good reviews. I didnt score great in my other entrance examinations . Other private colleges were my only option but i found this college. They had everything i needed . Good facutly , great infrastructure and great food . Even the college life is great here . All the other colleges were a bit too expensive and far from us .
