Really strict college. Ragging is a rarity and no ragging incident known of violent nature. Attendance is a mandatory criterion. Low attendance leads to non-forwarding of examination forms. Hostel Accommodation is provided only for the first year.

Course Curriculum Overview
Lakshmi Narain College of Technology(LNCT) is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya(RGPV) and follows the course curriculum designed by that university. The course curriculum for CSE/IT has been updated to include modern technologies.
Internships Opportunities
NO, the college does not provide an internship. In fact, it's against the rules of RGPV for students to try internships. If the student wishes to, he/she could attempt to secure an internship using non-college resources but attendance won't be provided for the same unless the company is a big company.
Placement Experience
Placement and Job Opportunities are one of the best and CSE and IT students almost every year achieve a 100% placement score. All students are placed with an average package between 4-6 Lakhs. Highest Package ever was by Amazon for 24 Lakhs (picked 3 students). Highest Package this year(2018) was 18 Lakhs(picked 4 students).
College Events
1. First and last Saturday is a holiday. 2. NSS/NCC students celebrate national holidays in college. 3. Two Tech Fests are organized per year. 4. One Cultural Fest is organized. 5. For CSE students, College also hosts some singular coding competitions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite reasonable and feasible compared to other private colleges. Government scholarships and Tuition Fee Waiver(TFW) is provided to deserving candidates who applied. The fees can be paid in a lump sum or in two installments per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The government provides Yearly scholarships for students belonging to backward classes. Students who scored high marks in Mains examination or 12th board are also awarded by the government for a reward.
Campus Life
Sports and competitions are supported but not a lot of sports equipment or grounds to practice are present in the campus area. College is known for its campus and academics, not majorly known for its sports teams. Coding competitions and Hackathons are allowed for CSE students.
Hostel Facilities
Hotel infrastructure is quite small and therefore only some students of the 1st year are allowed accommodation in the hostel inside college premises. Others try private hostels nearby or attempt to rent an apartment with friends.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are really helpful post 1st year. Senior interaction is kept to a bare minimum in the first year to avoid the ragging of students. Therefore, there are no clubs for 1st year students. Alumni Network is hard to form but can be reached using social media.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is followed as designed by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya(RGPV). The exams are usually conducted in the month of May/June and Dec/January. There are also two mid-semester examinations conducted.
Admission
Admission in this college can be done either via the MPOnline portal or you could attempt direct admission through college premises. I used the MPOnline portal and got shortlisted for admission in this college.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is quite supportive of students. Some are stricter than others. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside college and students are frequently reminded to wear the ids around their neck.
