Course Curriculum Overview

Course cover both - major subjects of cse like operating systems , computer networks etc. and some newer subjects like machine learning, data science etc. There are mandatory projects for later semester which if you'll do honestly they'll prepare you for real world applications and jobs.

Internships Opportunities

Being honest there are not much internship opportunities! You'll have to apply for internship yourself only a few students are able to get internships. College might keep u updated with internship opportunities but they won't provide any .

Placement Experience

Placement come around 7th semester. Tech mass recruiters like Accenture , cognizant, LTI mindtree etc. visit every year . With packages ranging from 4 lpa to 6.5 lpa . And also some other companies come with better packages than above mentioned. Everyone do not get placements but if you prepare well you will get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

First year - 112000 2nd year onwards -80000/year Hostel fee is around 50k for one semester One can apply for medhavi scholarship and they will get full fee back if they meet the criteria . For criterion check medhavi website

Campus Life

Basic day to day campus life is really good . There are many clubs but only a few are active. No. Of events are quiet low but events do occus once every semester . Sports tournaments for certain sports are organised frequently. Ground is very well maintained.

Admission

Admission are based on your jee mains rank . You have to register for MPDTE councelling. Cutoffs are varied based on your branch, caste etc. Important point - previously MITS came under rgpv ( bhopal) University but now mits itself is a university.

Faculty

Sufficient amount of faculties and they are very easily approachable too . Quality of teaching is just like every other engineering college not great . Faculties have a good relationship with their students 2 mid sems , 1 practical , one endsem per semester. Passing them is quiet easy but scoring very good marks might get tough depending on your branch. Course is good and relevant.

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Jiwaji University Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Journey to success with MITS Gwalior

I give JEE Mains exam. After than I sat for MP DTE councilling where I filled choices for SGSTIS Indore ,DAVV Indore ,MITS Gwalior, JEC jabalpur. In SGSTIS and DAVV I can only go with lowest branch so I op MITS Gwalior where I get seat in Information technology specialization in Internet of Things IoT. Yes I prefer students to come this college, as its core branches are very good in studies as well as placement wise. I have applied for many government colleges via MPDTE counselling after giving JEE MAINS EXAM and from counselling I got this college and taken admission in this college.I have also applied in some private colleges of MP but when I got government college so I preferred to study in government college over private college. A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

I choose this college because it has strong reputation since 1947 and good placement with affordable fee compared to other option I applied for. I also considered a few private colleges but preferred this one as the admission is true J based counseling with clear eligibility and cut off rank.
