Likes
- The training and placement classes are one of the best thing here. there are around 6 classes every week in which there are professional teachers guide you to enhanching your technical and verbal skills.
- there are several events and activities takes place each year in which students can show their skills like dancing,singing,sports,and anchoring etc. there is also a 3 day tech fest takes place every year which is the best time throughout the year.
- the labs are well equipped at it's level of college in every department. There is also an IDEA LAB in our college which is in number of the 50 colleges in INDIA having investment of more than 1cr.
Dislikes
- the campus is not that great. it's just 17 acre campus which is too small when you explore it . it's an ordinary college campus with regular buildings and nothing exciting about it's infrastructure.
- the amount of knowledge faculties having here is less. they don't even know about their core subjects and just focouses on completing syllabus and exams but not on actual skillset and knowledge.
- The college is excellent in annoying students for big or small tasks. even for a simple application of scholarship or some other form they run you from one faculty to other for single task completion. they're worst in providing student r services.
Course Curriculum Overview
since our college is affiliated to RGPV university,Bhopal so the course we study is given by the university but not by college. the subjects in the course are specific respective to their branch. but there also some unncessary subjects or we can say garbage subjects which are not useful and creates only burden on student but no use of them in future in thier respective industries.
Internships Opportunities
there are some 2-3 internship programmes organised by college itself which are 100% wortless. they charges some money 1000-2000 for it and gives a certificate but no skillset get improvement. Basically it's a formality,
Placement Experience
the placement record is truly about 40 percent. average package lies between 3.5 to 5 lakh. the average highest package every year goes upto 12 lakh. the highest ever package was 1.2 cr back in 2020. TCS is the primary company in our college that offer two packages 3.5 LPA and 8 LPA respectively. I am planning to got the placement which are going to start from 7th semester but for that i've to be skillful in coding, DSA,and aptitude.
Fees and Financial Aid
tuition fees - 10,5000/- (yearly) bus fees - 17,800/- (yearly and cumpulsory even if you don't opt for it) caution money - 1500/- (one time and refundable) book bank fee - 2000/- (for 2 year) lab fees - No any development fee - no any or optional NOTE: there is no such fee relief for any category students like SC/ST. All students pays the same. SCHOLARSHIPS : NOTE : All the scholarships are availabe only for residents of madhya pradesh only. OBC - 28000/- (per year) SC/ST - 1,20000/- (per year) general - N/A NOTE: Also there is no scholarship availabe for the students whose parents are government employee.
Campus Life
the overall experience i would say not bad because i got many friends in here which is awesome. but honestly it takes a lot to maintain 75% attendence because once you got the admission the will to attend college is going to dead, it is super boring to attend 7 lectures in a day ,sitting for about 7 hours , getting tired and sleepy. there are some unofficial socal groups which helps students to connect each other for any help or queries.
Admission
my college is considered as the 2nd best engineering college in bhopal. i've applies through state counselling which is based on JEE mains . i got 56 prcentile in my JEE mains and gor selected for data science. BUT there are my friends in the class who didn't even appeared in JEE mains and still got the admission without any extra fee or donation, so you can measure the standard of this college
Faculty
there are about 5-6 faculty in each branch. a single faculty teaches for about 80 students at a time. ther are many faculties members that are annoying because they don't have knowledge of their subject, unable to clear doubts,they don'y even know the basic programming fundamentals and give unnecessary attitude to students.

they were giving me their 3 tier college (lnct-excellence) but not the top tier because of my jee result which was 56 percentile, but now i have some sort of regret not to chose it.
