Remarks
They charge a lot for people who try to re-evaluate their paper. For example this year they're charging 5500 for reevaluating. And they charge a lot for re-exam saying course registration Fee, exam fee, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview
Since it's autonomous the syllabus is pretty updated compared to VTU which update their syllabus around once in 5 years. It's pretty good since they have covered all the portions required for a mechanical engineer.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, they do provide internships for students who are talented and interested, but 95% of the internships are unpaid which means no stipend. Student's do it just for the experience, so that's kind of disappointing.
Placement Experience
Not that great for a government aided college. Usually, companies like TCS, Infosys, etc come and Mass recruit students. Student's with good talent and skills will get a package of a maximum of 6-8L. It's very rare that any student gets above 12L. But few of them have got in recent years.
College Events
There are plenty of events. But mainly there are 3 college event's namely MAITRI, SANSKRUTI and ETHNIC day but other than this there are a lot of events too. Like there are 10 branches in engineering and most of the time each branch hosts one fest every year which is a good thing. And there will be many competitions too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since its government aided it's feasible. 19K CET Fee and 27K college fee. However, for students coming through COMED K and management will have to face heavy fees around 2L+ every year. And for students who are of SC/ST and come through CET will have pay only 500 CET fee and 27k college fee which is the cheapest.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have heard and applied for a scholarship from the government which is called NSP. I haven't received the money yet but I hope they will fund me. But this is not the only one, there are plenty of other scholarships for students of every caste. It's a good initiative.
Campus Life
It's really good. We have good labs and every week we have two periods for extracurricular activities. Which contains Yoga, sports, library, etc. We also have 2 periods separately for training and placement in which they conduct activities to build and improve the skills of each individual.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is pretty good but an old building. I don't stay in a hostel but I have heard the following from my classmates who study in the hostel:- 1. Food is bad 2. Good wifi 3. 4 people in one room 4. Good security and separate hostel for boys and girls.
Alumni/Alumna
Few of them are egoistic but few of them are really helpful and are ready to help us with anything regarding the subject like projects etc and off subject too such as helping us in fest management etc. I haven't met any alumni student so I don't know about them.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is very good. The pattern of each subject is perfect for an engineering student. Not to tough nor too easy. But they do charge everyone around 1300 for each semester exam, which is 2600 per year just to write two semesters exams.
Admission
I got admitted though K-CET, which is one of the easy ways to get admitted to an engineering college. The procedure was pretty tough, first I had to get my documents verified then they gave me an email ID and password by which I could select colleges of my choice and in the last, they would allot colleges in 3 rounds and I got this college in the last round.
Faculty
Faculty disappoints me and almost every student. But few of the teachers are extremely good. Even though few of them hold a Ph.D. they're not up to the level of teaching an engineering student. Maybe we get a better faculty.
