If I talk about my course ( civil engineering ) then In the session 2018 - 19 * The placement % in civil engineering is 80% * 32 core companies visited for the campus placements of civil branch students. * The highest package went up to 12,00,000 per annum with the annual package of 4 lacs per annum. If talking about the overall placement in this session - * GLA came across 2300+ placement offers in 320+ MNCs. * Its proud thing to share that GLA is the only university in UTTAR PRADESH where the top company MICROSOFT came for campus placement.

FEST ORGANISED - A lot of fests are organized in GLAU so that students can get an opportunity to showcase their talents They are specially organized for weekends so that the classes are not missed by the students and they can enjoy their weekends. Yes, I got a scholarship during admission. Its the norm of the university to provide a scholarship worth Rs. 25000 per annum to a candidate who got 80-89% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths during admission.

The campus life in GLA is memorable, knowledgeable, adventurous and emotional at the same time. There is the various source of entertainment in the university. A lot of students from the entire nation are there in the university which makes the environment of the university very great. there are various competitions organized in the university to develop the competitive skills in the students.

It's definitely a mindset of the people that there must ragging done in the university but it's not true with GLA ...GLA has strict restriction over ragging. And the seniors in my college are damn helpful .. and alumni networks are also strong in the university.

I got the admission through the entrance test known as GLAET. Since I got admission in B.tech ( Civil Engineering ), Therefore I'll tell you about the admission procedure of this same course. It will be the test of 120 minutes that includes 90 questions of 4 marks each from the subjects * Physics * Chemistry * Mathematics And it includes a negative marking of 1 mark on every wrong question.

The faculty of my college is helpful and experienced at the same time .. they do provide us theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge of it. Most of the faculties in my college are Ph.D. holders. If I have to describe them in one word then...it will be " PROFESSIONALISM "
