Breif about JECRC

From my point of view, Jecrc is good enough to give you a good college life as well as get you placed in the good companies like MIND TREE rest of it depends solely upon you if you wanna pursue your goal you can do it from Jecrc easily.

Entrance Exam

As JECRC is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University the course is of Rajasthan Technical University, in the first year they teach you everything irrespective of your branch and from the second year you are taught a subject related to your branch, the course is somewhat related to the field although I don't find it connected that much. The exam is held at the end of every semester and in between two college level exams are also done termed MIDTERM TEST, these two exams are quite easy but one needs to prepare for the final exam on a more serious note.

Yes JECRC provides internships once you are placed which in most of the case you are, if you good enough student you will be placed and also will have the opportunity for an internship , in most of the cases the stipend is low like 20K per month but fair enough for a student.

Placement is the best part of Jecrc, Jecrc has maintained its reputation when it comes to placement, this year 2018 almost everyone got placed more than 95% of the student were placed. In jecrc, you get the opportunity to be placed among really great companies like MIND TREE and others.

Throughout out the year many events and workshop are held in the campus, the main event of every year is renaissance which is held in March every year, renaissance is a state level fest, it's duration is about 3 to 4 days , many events technical, non technical, cultural events are held and organized by the students . it the best part of the year as all the students take part it in and enjoy it.

Fees are also a great part of the Jecrc, Jecrc being affiliated to Rajasthan technical university the same fee structure is used here. The fess is very as compared to other engineering colleges only 80K per annum, also you get a discount if you pay fees earlier, and there is a scholarship available too, I myself also have a scholarship.

I was lucky enough to get a scholarship as it helps financially my family, I have Tuition Fees wavier Scheme scholarship based on my Mains score and rank in Rajasthan, I have to pay only 21K per annum as college fees, how great it is.

The extracurricular activity in Jecrc are not so great although there are many facilities like sports, labs, and events are there but they are not properly managed or organized except resistance, Jecrc lack in the side of extracurricular activity.

The college infrastructure is not so great labs are getting old, equipment doesn't work most of the time, they are no proper arrangements too many time but on the other hand Jecrc is improving but at a slow pace, recently a completely new block is created in Jecrc which is really good and have great labs and equipment too.

Jecrc have a good enough list for alumni and most of them are famous too, but the connection between the student and alumni is very weak we rarely get to meet any of them, cause they are only invited on any special occasion and not for any meetups

I got admission in jecrc On the basis of my jee score on the year 2017, I scored 130 in mains not great but not too dull also at the same time, it was hard to choose a college of my desired field on these scores so I took admission in jecrc after my brother suggestion , the admissions process was easy but long , first you need to register on reap and apply for jecrc on required brach and after allotment of the set to need to visit the college to secure the alloted seat for you ,which is a 2 hour long process.

The faculty in Jecrc vary on a large scale some are really good and know how to and what to teach and have a great command over their subject while some, on the other hand, are really bad you need to prepare yourself for the exam completely if you get the bad teachers.
