Likes

Well, i really liked the infrastructure and facilities.
I really liked the services in library and environment there.
There was a good nice place for having lunch in every corner.

Dislikes

I didnt like the students there and some faculties
Its not really that safe for women in the campus itself
There are a lot of fights always going on in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

Well , course curriculum was great. They covered almost all the aspects in Political Science. But i would suggest more innovative ideas and teaching methods as many faculties used to just sit and dont teach anything at all

Internships Opportunities

They give internship as a subject to the course and it is usually 2 times in 2 semesters. They provide all dimensions in internship , its not confined to small options. There are a lot of options to explore.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees was 1 lakh approximately. admission fees was around like including 50 thousand of the semester fee and 20K security deposit. So total it came out to be 75K. There was scholarship for those who scored more than 9 CGPA and their fees was reduced to half.

Welll, there is ethnic day celebration in many months of year in which every student wear their traditional dresses of their culture. And there is fresher party in which a good environment and events take place

Admission

Welll , the reason i didnt choose any other college was i really wanted great facilities with great environment, thats why i went for a private university. Facilities are much much better than DU Colleges

Faculty

Faculty are goood , but not all of them, as most of them somehow dont take actions if they see anyone doing bad things. There is 60 marks written exam and 40 marks practical in my course. No student actually fail the exam. They just want you to fill sheets, it doesn't matter what you write

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

I actually chosed tgis college as the exposure was pretty good. But the major part of me for choosing this college is because I was denied by my parents to learn animation as that was my first preference. My, one distant relative, also did animation and since he had no job my parents were scared that it would turn out to be my story. AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk. Admission process for Amity is quite moderate, you have to have 70% aggregate in PCM to apply for BTECH, and the students have to go through an interview round to get an admission letter based o nthe interview...Read More
